BEST SALON IN ATL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE SALON ROCKED I GOT THE BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT AND MY HAIR LOOKED GORGEOUS IT MENDED THE SPLIT ENDS AND FLY AWAY AND HAD AN AMAZING SHINE BUT NOTHING GREASY WAS APPLIED TO THE HAIR. WHEN I WENT HOME MY MOM AND AUNT CAME BY TO CHIT CHAT AND THEY KEPT TALKING ABOUT MY HAIR. I GAVE THEM THE PHONE NUMBER AND THEY BOTH HAVE APPOINTMENTS FOR MID MARCH.

TOP SALON FOR KERATIN TREATMENTS. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! This salon made my hair look fabulous my hair was super shiny and straight. I was very impressed and can't wait to take my daughter there when she comes home from college.

Best Salon for Keratin Treatments & makeup services. Elisabeth Ashlee gets nothing but stellar reviews from me. I love how the Keratin Treatment looked and how amazing my hair felt. My hair was extremely silky and my hair was so straight but what really amazed me is how my split ends and fly aways didn't show. I was really hoping that there was not any build up because previous salons had made it where my hair was just limp and flat but I had tons of body and volume. I can't wait to make my next appointment.

Terrible experience.. I went to the Buckhead location for a keratin treatment using a Halfoffdepot certificate. I have had keratin treatments 5 other times and they have always been completed in under one hour (I have shoulder length hair). When I got to the salon, she was giving a keratin treatment to another client. I waited several minutes after my appointment time for her to start on my hair. She put the product in and set a timer for 20 minutes, after which you should begin drying and flat ironing it. I waited over an hour and she still had not started drying my hair. At that point I had been there two hours (from my appointment time), and she was still only half way through flat ironing the other woman's hair. I spoke up, letting her know it had been two hours and I needed to go. She explained it took longer because she was working on two clients (obvious) and offered no apology. I couldn't leave because I had product in my hair and the process has to be finished to work.

The stylist mentioned more than once what a great deal I was getting, as though that made the 3 HOURS it took totally worth it. I disagree. I have had this process at other salons with a groupon and the service was completed in one hour and well done. When she tried to comb out my hair, white flakes came out all over me, I assume due to the overly processed product. To top it off, she then curled my hair out into a flip. I get keratin to straighten my hair. You can't wash, bend or even put your hair behind your ears for 3 days. Curling it will almost certainly prevent it from processing straight. Just don't. Not even with a discount. It's not worth it and you can find other places with deals that are.
