Worst Massage Studio EVER.
I wish I could actually comment on the massages. My wife and I waited months for a weekend appointment. We got there early for a 10 AM appointment and after 10:30 when we asked how much longer we were told "this is like a doctor's office, we get behind and you will need to wait." Several employees were very rude. We had a 4 month old at the time and it was a big deal to have my sister come up and watch the baby. They never apologized and told us we could wait or reschedule. We had to reschedule due to the baby, So we had an appointment set for 3/3 again at 10 AM.
This time we get a call on Friday telling they may have to cancel the appointment because one of the employees is sick. Again, I had my mom drive 150 miles to stay with us so she could watch the baby. They told us they didn't want an upset customer so we could just call groupon and ask for a refund. Never did they try to make this right by offering a free massage, a discount or even a sincere apology. There are way too many quality and professional spas out there so don't waste your time here. Also the building they are located in doesn't inspire much relaxation. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Save your time and money go somewhere else!. Well like others I purchased a groupon back in 2010 and was unable to redeem it due to them never answering the phone or returning calls. Front desk girl was extremely rude once I finally spoke to her. When I questioned the owner, Beverly was just as bad stating just cancel her appointment and she can get a refund through Groupon. Which I did! I was blown away by their lack of etiquette and customer service. I wouldnt send anyone here. A friend of mine did get a massage there and said it was terrible. Save your time and money and stay away from this dark dirty hole in the wall!

I, like others purchased 2 groupons to this salon in august. it is now November. throughout the months, i have called to schedule an appointment over 5 times, and nothing is ever available except 3 or 4 months out. the hours are not convenient, with them closing around 5 or 6pm every day, so if you are like me and have a full time 9-5 and work weekends as well, its a problem.
the front office receptionist is very rude on the phone. i was so disappointed with the way she treated me and i would NOT recommend this place at all!
thanks to groupon, i got a full refund.
my suggestion is to go to a more reputable place. as you can see in several posts, other women have had the same crappy experience i did !!!!!!!!!!!
A great Treat!!!. Hands down the BEST massage you can get for an unbelievable price. I have had two large packages with this studio since they opened and have enjoyed over 20 massages. They are clean, professional, and extremely accomodating to ones needs. I have seen three therapist and all have been superb. Do your body a favor and treat yourself. I know you will love it as much as I do.
Best Massage Ever!. I love this place! I have been a client here for over a year and always get a GREAT massage. I'm a runner so its important that I have a therapist that is knowledgeable, and I must say I don't think i have ever had a better massage anywhere else.

I have been a client at this studio for over a year now. I have had deep tissue massages, hot stone massages, and just tried the warm bamboo today. I loved it and recommend it to anyone who likes deep tissue!! I'm on my feet all day long. That massage was amazing!!!

Come to think of it, worst experience with a massage practice PERIOD.
I bought a massage and foot scrub from Living Social over the holidays.
After calling literally a dozen times, I spoke with someone claiming to be the owner, and who complained about LS making it impossible for them to honor all the services sold, and who then told me that it would be 2 months before I could be seen.
Fast forward to this past Monday when I get a "reminder call" about my massage the next day at 3:15.
So, I print my coupon and head to the address on it.
When I get there, I'm in an empty lot and the sign on the window says "For Sale or Lease."
I call the number on the coupon, and get a recording saying the number is no longer in service.
Luckily, they called my cell phone the day before and I scrolled back to find their number.
They tell me..."Oh yea. (giggle) We moved months ago! Someone should've told you!" (more giggles)
The new location is a few miles away, and they tell me to park at the SIdelines Bar and just walk over.
Because the owner had parked her Escalade literally outside the front door where the customers should have been.
I get my "intake from" which was less than generic and unprofessional to say the least, in fact, the whole impression I got when I walked in was how unprofessional and trashy the place, and people, were.
As I'm filling out my "intake" form, the owner, and a few staff are at the front desk gossiping and complaining about $4000 spent on advertising.
Again, completely inappropriate and unprofessional for a client to hear.
I'm introduced to a young woman who says she's going to be my massage therapist, and then who leads me down the stairs into the dingiest, dankest, close to dirtiest massage room I've ever had the displeasure of being in.
She doesn't consult my "intake form" or ask me any pertinent questions about my health, then tells me to get on the table.
I did tell her explicitly what I wanted worked on tho.
As I got undressed then got onto the table, I was STUNNED to find that the sheets were WET in one spot ONLY.
I IMMEDIATELY jumped off the table, every so slightly grossed out.
When she comes back in the room to find me standing there wrapped in the blanket, she tells me she doesn't know how that could've happened since she changed the sheets and made the table herself..the nite before.
She put new sheets on the table, then I got BACK on there and the massage began.
As I stated earlier, Worst Massage I Ever Paid For.
She did NOT communicate at ALL about pressure, and I literally ended up bruised and ridiculously sore. And not very long into the massage I had to pull up and insist she lighten up because she never asked and wasn't taking subtle hints.
I ended up telling her a total of 3 time to lighten up, but she seemed determined to work as deeply as she could.
