STAY AWAY!!!. If there were negatives ratings, I would be rating this facility in that range. However, one star will have to do I guess...however undeserving.

I went to this facility as it is on the list of Pearson Vue testing facilities and I was to take a BOMA test. I arrived 30 minutes early, as was instructed. Testing was to being promptly at 10:00. The door to the school (I use that term loosely) was wide open but no one was there, with the exception of myself and two other testers. We are not allowed to bring phones into testing sites so the only phone available to call out on was the phone on the office desk. So I used that phone to call Pearson Vue to find out what we should do. Mrs. Hooker walked in at about 10:30 and saw me on the phone. She quickly scolded me telling me that there were personal school transcripts at that desk and told me to "get away " from her desk (if the transcripts were SO valuable why then was the door wide open for just anyone to walk in and take them?). When I attempted to tell her that was the only phone we had, she interrupted me and told me that I would not be testing due to my attitude. She had a very nasty attitude....very nasty. This went on for about 15 minutes - the other girls were outraged as well, by the way. Ultimately, when I swallowed my pride and apologized (for what, I have no idea), she said that she would allow me to take the test. Now we're looking at about 11:30 when she FINALLY waddles herself into the computer room. Turns out she doesn't even have the skill set to log us in for testing. For one girl this was her final day to test for admittance into nursing school....so she was screwed. I missed over a half day of work and had to reschedule my testing through BOMA for another day. On top of everything else... the facility is in an undesirable location and is VERY old and dirty. I was additionally chased to the elevator by a woman wanting bus money from me (she held the door open with her foot and held her hand out) and the security guard for the parking lot just sat at a picnic table and tried to get with whatever female was passing by. Stay away from this place if you are a Pearson Vue tester. There are many more desirable locations to choose from. This one stinks from the inside out!!!!
