Respond to Chinks: After carefully review your statement, we did investigate. Trying to find the date and this client but we find all the clients on the day are our regular client and booked days ago. There is no walk-in client! True,sometimes we may pick up our client late but we always let them know and apologize. We treat our clients equally, today you are Groupon client but tomorrow you may be our regular client that is how we build our client tail!

Owner is the rudest person on the planet. I was given an appointment today. I reached the spa and was told to wait because the owner/asethetician is busy with another customer. I waited for 30 minutes. Owner came out and told me rudely that they had a walk-in customer which was going to get more than one service done so they cancelled my appointment. I asked her what about my time and effort in making the trip to her spa and why did she issue appointments when she did not have the time. She never bothered once to apologize for the extremely unprofessional, rude and ridiculous way she handled my appointment, instead all she said was "if we have a walk-in who is paying full price then we cancel groupon customers, even if they made an appointment waited beyond their appointment".

Please don't ever go there. BTW one of the ladies who has written positive comments below is a part time massage therapist at the spa and the second one the receptionist. So much for feedback from real customers .

BEST SKIN CARE IN ATLANTA!. I have been going to Elizabeth since before opening her own Spa (over 3 years now!!!). She is absolutely amazing! She has given me a # of successful treatments for recurring acne and skin pigmentation, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels and recently IPL/Laser Treatments.

She is extremely skilled and knowledgable in knowing which treatments will fit your skin's current state.

Not only that, she has been extrememly generous in offering discounts when I've needed an extra treatment or an additional service.

Elizabeth is AMAZING! And the folks that work with her are wonderful! She has dramatically and noticeably improved my skin!!!

I will being going to U Med Spa for as long as I am in Atlanta!

I'll Never Go Back. Bottom line: they are expensive and not worth the price. There are PLENTY of med spas that provide better service and quality. Go elsewhere. That's all.

You'll want to go back!. I have been going to Elizabeth since she 1st opened. She has the best advice and knowledge for you no matter what you need it on!

Cleanest and most professional day spa I have ever been too.

I just started going to Alicia these past few months, and I can tell you I have never had a better masseuse in my life.

I have had many comments from friends and co-workers, all the same "your skin has never looked better, what are you eating differently?" Little do they know my little secret... Thanks U Med Spa!

Just Wonderful!. This is the best place in town! I have been going to Elisabeth for over 5yrs now and she is the best. Once you have experienced one visit, you wil too will become a loyal customer. Make sure when you visit you get the series package. They are the best!

Expert Service / Quality Products. I have been a loyal customer of Elizabeth's for over 5 years. She is the BEST esthetician I have ever had, and I've tried ALL the top spas.

She will not rest until your face is completely extracted. She is incredibly knowledgable in the science of skin and only uses quality products.

I have been to other spas for parties / gifts given / etc. None of them compare to how good my skin looks and feels after one of Elizabeth's facials.

What a find to have her location so convenient in Smyrna/Vinings!

Gaila is the best. I am Gaila's client for 15 years. She is professional, friendly. UMedSpa offer series plans for a discount on services which has always been important to me. I will be a lifetime this spa and Gaila client.

The best facial from Elizabeth. I met Elizabeth 10 years ago when she just finished school. I were amazed how a person just finished school can give that great facial! After that facial, i follow her as long as i can remember -)). If you go to umedspa, you need ask for her. she is the best!

Wonderful place!! Ask for Alicia!!. I came in from out of town on a business matter and was looking for a spa to have a massage while I was here. The front desk of my hotel recommended that I try U medspa. I quickly made the appointment and they were able to get me in within the hour. The place was very tranquil and had a very good feel to it. I was greeted warmly and a young lady named Alicia came to the front and let me know she would be my therapist. The rooms were very relaxing and just what I was looking for. The massage itself was the best I had ever

received!! Alicia was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgable and friendly. I had the deep tissue massage due to low back problems. I felt great for weeks after. From now on when I return to the Atlanta area, I will visit U medspa every time.. without exception! Thank you so much ladies!!
