I had a new air conditioning system installed middle of April and just wanted to say how helpful Daniel and all the staff at Atlanta Air care were, very good pricing and great customer service form the office Amy was a delight . Would highly reccomend

They came out and installed unit. looked terrable, tracked mud all over my house and got oil on my driveway!

I called Atlanta Air Care and made an appointment to have someone come out and give me a quote for a new hvac install. The appt. was set up for 10-11am and they were first on my list of scheduled vendors that day. They never showed up or called! Around 12:40, I called to find out where they were at and was told they would get a hold of someone and call me back. I got a call back 45min to hour later saying that they had tried to call but a little kid hung up on them (my 8 yr old son). I don't remember the phone ringing but even if that happened, why didnt they try to call back? I was then given a quote over the phone for the job without even anyone seeing what I needed done. When I asked if this was for a furnace/ac unit or a heat pump, they were not sure and said would call me back. I never heard from them again. I could understand someone getting delayed but I expect a call. When a company doesnt show up or even call, it calls into question what their work may be like. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Expert Knowledge. The people at Atlanta Air Care had an expert knowledge base and were eager to get my A/C problem solved. They were true professionals from the time they got started to the job was complete. They saved me time and money as they came prepared with all the necessary tools and personel to complete the task and were able to answer all my questions prior to getting started. I would truly recommend them to anyone.

Very Knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable, timely and efficient. The sales proposal was low key and was most credible. Provided options with pros and cons based on price versus value. Very pleased.
