Made me wait all day for nothing. After receiving a conformation call last night nobody showed up today! I waited all day for nothing... not even a curtsy call to tell me know that they would not be able to make it.

I understand that things happen but a call would have been nice.

I will never call these people again! Good thing that All Star Chem-Dry will be able to help me.

Best service yet. I hate leaving reviews...!!! But this company has it together so to tell you that I left them a review means they were very impressive. Long story short, rental house... trashed carpets.. look brand new now.. much more cost effective than replacement. Really great cleaning service. I am very impressed with all the hard work the guys have put into their job and the red stains that they got out. I have 4 kids and they make a mess, Jason the Operations Manager did it like it was just as easy as could be. I personally have cleaned carpets for along time and he is the reason I am impressed as much as I am. He knows his stuff and he can definately work miracles on any situation. GREAT JOB SIR and THANK YOU!

By far the very best. This was absolutely brilliant, they cleaned our carpets and rugs with no problem. I have usually used Kiwi before cause of the price but this time it was a much better cleaning. So I really appreciate the great service. I will be happy to tell people and make sure to save your number. Jason was our guy who cleaned the floors and area rugs.

Excellent Job. Removed cat pee smell from a leather couch, now thats impressive, all is well and I am very impressed with the guys that did such a great job for us. I have saved your numbers and will call back whn we need this done again.

Jason the man with the plan saved the day and my couches did not have to be trashed.

Excellent service. I am very happy with the way our rugs turned out. This is by far some of the best cleaning I have ever seen. I got your info off of kudzu but this was somthing I prefere to use so thanks and have a great day.
