Results Oriented, Best Personal Training in Atlanta. I've used a few personal trainers (without the best results) so when a friend recommend I try Body Solutions I was hesitant.

I met with Dan who was friendly, upbeat but most importantly he had his own approach to getting fit. I tried it and they got me results. In 2 weeks my legs looked leaner and my arms were getting sculpted.

I've been very happy with Body Solutions. A plus is their central location (Pharr & Peachtree) which makes it easy for me to take a class or train while my little one is in preschool.

Get ready to get your sexy back!. Atlanta, I was referred to Body Solutions by a client of theirs and I have to tell you it’s the best referral I've gotten in a long time. Dan and his team are great. SOMEHOW they manage to tap into my inner athlete and great results are achieved! Not to mention the new group classes they offer. I think everyone should try the Urban Ninja at least one time! You will spin, kick and fight your way to a healthier body. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Successful Fitness Training in a Beautiful Space!. Body Solutions is a great place for one on one fitness training and weight-loss. The facility is brand new, always clean and never crowded. The personal trainers are very educated and really know their stuff. In just 2 months I've lost weight, I'm much more physically fit, but more importantly I feel great about myself again! I highly recommend Body Solutions to anyone interested in transforming their body and self image and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
