Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have been to 3 different personaltrainers in the past 2 years and had very bad experiences with all of them be it trainer not showing up on time, trainer not knowing whtat they are doing, their attention is on everything but me or the place is nasty. I have now been at Buford Sports and Fitness for over a year now and can say I have found a home!!! Very customer oriented, always clean, and most importantly, working with Henderson I have lost 35 lbs. Very low pressure sale. Love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORTH EVERY DIME!!!!!!!!!. I HAVE BEEN TRAINING AT BSF FOR 1 YEAR THIS PAST OCTOBER AND I CAN TRUELY SAY ITS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENTS I HAVE MADE. WHEN I FIRST STARTED I WAS CAUTIOUS BECAUSE OF SOME PAST EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER GYMS, BUT A YEAR LATER I HAVE REACH ALL MY GOALS AND THEN SOME. IT IS ONE OF GWINNETT'S NEWEST PRIVATE FACILITY AND IS KEEP CLEAN AND VERY MODERN. I ADVISE ANYONE TO JUST CHECK IT OUT. THE OWNER AND STAFF IS ALWAY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Best Trainer In Atlanta. I have been training with Henderson for the past 5 years and he is very professional. I was with him when he opened this gym 1 1/2 years ago and it has all new equipment. I actually go out of my way to train with Henderson that is how good I think he is. His gym is very clean and he takes alot of pride in it. I am a women and he has never treated me with nothing except respect. I love Buford Sports and Fitness!

Don't Bother!!!. Total "false" advertisement. Don't bother. First the equipment is old and you probably can find better in your home or at a local Y. They don't honor the packages they advertise. You won't get a free one on one consultation, you'll be with others. Don't bother signing up for one on one personal training because the owner will put you in a group and never honor what you sign up for. Very poor and lousy customer service. The worst ever. The owner is arrogant, lacks integrity, controlling, hostile, very argumentative and not woman friendly. In addition, the plumbing at this facility the majority of the time NEVER works. You'll do better on your own. Many of the clients never see results -
