Top-Notch! I am 100% satisfied with Kiwi. I had an emergency, and needed my carpet cleaned Tuesday. When I called them, they said they didn't have any available technicians, but after explaining my situation, the dispatcher made a call to Steven, and he was able to squeeze me in. They were at my house in a couple of hours. He and his helper were very courteous and professional, and they did a great job cleaning my carpet. I already have, and will continue to refer them to anyone else needing their carpet or upholstery cleaned. Thanks guys.

Hi , I was extreamly upset by the way i was treated and wanted to let you know hoping that this will reach the owner of the company and help him if he at all cares about his business .

I had an appointment for Saturday ,October 14th but no one showed up .I am expecting family visit on 24th and wanted to get my carpet cleaned so had planned accordingly .When i called i was told there was no appointment for me and when i called the next day to reschedule saying in need to as i am expecting guest the person was very very rude and said "Everyone makes that excuse that to rush us up" and was giving me a date of 26th without even trying to accomodate my request .It felt like i have made some mistake to deserve such rude behaviour .

I am going to ask for refund of the money i have paid and write about this experience in every review site that i find online but i also wanted to let the owner know in case he is unaware that his customers are being treated in such a way .

They would not let me redeem a 2 week expired certificate from eversave. Not going to be using them or recommending them.

Great Experience I just had my carpets done and wanted to tell everyone about my exprience. I found this company on Kudzu and chose it based on its reviews. The previous clients were right-on about Danny. The first positive sign was that even though I made a last minute appointment, she was able to squeeze me in. I got a courtesy call the next day and she even offered to come early since she finished another job. What can I say? I wish she had taken "before and after" pictues because my living room carpet had been assaulted by a very active toddler! The attempts at cleaning it ourselves actually made it worse because of the soap residue that was left. Dan took care of all the stains and now I'm in a "let's wait and see" pattern on if they return. Hopefully not! Based on what I've seen so far, I recommend the service.

Excellent! Our technician was Steven. We asked for him based on previous Kudzu reviews, and we were quite happy with our choice. Steven did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and furniture. He took his time, and did not speed through the job. Kiwi Clean made even my old, worn-out carpets look presentable. My house smells so much better now. Also want to mention that Becky (who took my call) was quite personable and friendly as well. I will definitely use this company again.

I am on my second year of the warranty service with Kiwi. That means I get my carpet cleaned for approximately $99 each trip for a year. This has really been a great experience for my family.

Great service, from great people:). My name is Cindy and I truly enjoy fast and friendly service. It is wonderful to be treated like family when using Kiwi Clean. I don't normally make time to write reviews but, Kiwi Clean is exceptional! Thank you for a job well done!
