Manager admits to non-understanding staff as excuse. I had a server who clearly could not understand me , I asked for the LUNCH special I ordered the 1 out of 2 that he told me about. Once getting the entrees I noticed one was dinner porportion sized, I immediately asked him was it the lunch special and he said no it was dinner. I told him well I asked for lunch specials it was alot of food and I knew the cost would be greater . He shook his head yes and disappeared. When he returned I asked for a manager because at this point I did not touch the entree and I knew trying to communicate with him was not wise. He said ok and disappeared again. I called to speak to the manager at first the owner Billy answered the call. I explained my experience to him he asks me to hold on and he puts a person by the name of Erica whom I had to tell me experience over to. Erica after hearing what happened says to me :" He probally didn't understand you because he doesn't understand much"......Excuse me! sooo.... I asked her so thats a good reason for being billed for something you didn't expect because he does not understand much????!!!! Well "yeah" she replies and that shes sorry for my experience and the next time I'm there she will discount my food". No what you can do is re train your staff starting with YOU, to make sure your staff understands the patrons they are servicing.

For great food as well as GREAT management service and staff PACHO'S in covington less then 10 minutes from this place is the place to go!!!!

Girls Night Out. I just started going here for the past 3 weeks every Thursday. I have the best time with the happy hour and the cheese dip is awesome must say that. They have the best karaoke in town I am a star in my own way :). The drinks are great I am so glad I have a new spot in Conyers and the price is just right for my pocket on the margaritas.

Thanks to my girl Charo who made me aware of this hot spot!

Great food, even better price. When this restuarant opened, I really had no interest in going but on a whim, my girlfriend and I decided to stop for lunch. The food was great, so great in fact that we went back for dinner and have been going every Friday for lunch since. The drinks...we've had better but for an afforable meal, you can't beat it.

Way better than El Charros in Covington, GA. Don't get me wrong, El Charros is great! Unfortunetely El Charros sauce for fajitas has no flavor.

Don Tellos is da bomb when it comes to their sauce! Tons of flavor! I've tried several things and I haven't had a bad meal there yet!

It's a no-brainer that a restaurant must have a great sauce; El Charros needs to wake up and smell Don Tellos' sauce!!! They could learn a thing or two from them.

A must try Place. Excellent food and home of the 60 oz drink. If you finish yours, make sure you call a cab.......
