A Great Diamond Experience. After having several bland trips to "chain" jewelry stores searching for the perfect engagement ring, Tom Ross was suggested to me by a friend in the business. Right away, the personal level of service was incredible. In a one-on-one meeting, I explained what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, and what I had learned about diamonds so far. He gave me a much better lesson about the realities of the diamond world than the standard "Here's your pamphlet, there are 4 C's, read up" response I was used to. After listening to my request and requirements, he had several diamonds delivered to his office for me to inspect. They were all gorgeous, and after careful deliberation, I selected the "perfect" one. My fiance and I are thrilled with it.
