So many choices, so little time. DO yourself a favor and order their mouthwatering chorizo burger, vodka battered onion rings & any one of their milkshakes! The nutella & burnt marshmallows is my favorite!

Order the burnt marshmellow shake and the lamb burger or Butcher's cut and you will not be disappointed.

What's the hype. The atmosphere was very good and so was the service and alcohol beverage, but the burger was not all that. This was my first time there and I thought that I was going to get a great juicy tasting burger, but the burger had no taste. I liked the toppings and condiments, but the beef patty needs to be improved, need to add some spices and herbs to it. The price is too high for the taste.

Made me into a burger eater!. My husband and I ate at Flip one Sunday afternoon after a visit to IKEA. The staff was really friendly; our waiter was very attentive and conversational. He didn't hesitate to offer suggestions when we asked, which I really appreciated. He also knew the menu very well!

I ordered the turkey burger and fried asparagus; my husband ordered the regular burger with gumbo. We were both thrilled with our selections. The turkey burger is a mix of white and dark meat. It has great flavor without being dry, and I loved the condiments on the burger itself - pomegranate ketchup, bean sprouts, and avocado. The fried asparagus are tempura battered, sprinkled with salt and served with a fabulous ranch sauce. The crowning glory of the meal was the nutella and burnt marshmallow milkshake (the entire reason I wanted to eat there!) I don't even know how to describe it other than as a chocolately piece of perfection. The bill was less than $40 which we thought was great for a Sunday lunch in the city. Overall, I highly recommend Flip for people who like burgers and those who don't know yet that they will like burgers!

Not your ordinary burger joint. I am almost tempted not to call this a burger place as it is so different from any other place and their fare is so different from everything else that is called a burger. I have been there several times now and am always delighted with the food. My absolute favorites are the Po-boyger (shrimp burger with bay mayo, tabasco and a slice of tempura fried lemon), the Ossobuco (veal burger), the venison burger, the Philly and the Southern. I also love the sides, especially the tempura fried okra, and the dips namely the sriracha ranch and the flip sauce. My favorite shakes are the Krispy Kreme, the Orange Creamsicle and the Georgia Peaches and Cream. The pistachio and white truffle shake, the key lime pie shake and the pumpkin pie shake are very refreshing too. And I wish they'd bring the Knuckle Sandwich (tempura fried lobster with green goddess sauce) back on the menu.

So you can tell from the above that this is not anything like a regular burger joint. And their menu is so extensive that all the recommendations above are only a fraction of what they have to offer. I'd recommend multiple visits to try all of the very special burgers, sides and shakes that you will not find anywhere else.
