my first time getting my hair done in a dominican hair salon – my first time getting my hair done in the dominican hair salon. was amazing i never thought my hair would come out so straight in my life.i always thought u need a hot comb to straighten out natural hair or either a perm. but coming to ella and she told me that i don't need a perm to straighten out my hair.and also is a great thing to do because thats how you know that you are taking care of your hair.and i haven't had a perm for 8 years.i always though that the blow dryer they use couldn't straighten out my hair. because i have been to one dominican hair salon the one in union city n they told me that they wouldn't do my hair because it was so course to do. and that I'm going to need a perm. and when i got here by ella she hock me up....I WELL BE COMING BACK.........

my first day in the domincan salon in washington rd – wen i first walked in they had good customer service they ask me what am i getting done they told me the process between natural and perm hair...wen i was getting my hair wash the young lady ask me if the water was alrite and if she was washing to hard or if it was okay. she let me know that the blow dryer is going ti be hot but is going to be bone straight and is worth it and that i'll be come again.....thank you ella

loving the natural look – well i have been natural for about a year now and i usually go to the regular salon to get my hair pressed until i was introduced to the Dominican Hair Express Salon off camp creek parkway. I LOOOOOVE IT! It is beautiful on the inside, music was relaxing and the best part of getting my hair done was the wash. The owner really knows how to take care of damaged hair. and being that i'm natural i use a lot of heat to my hair. since i ve been at that salon my hair has been healthy, it's growing long and its full and thick. and to top it all my husband loves my hair. I suggest everyone to check it out. trust me. you will be one happy client like me

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - HOW DO YOU RATE NO STARSSSSS? – I went to this salon with the hope of finding a NYC style Dominican Salon -- the ones that specialize in CONDITIONING AND CARING for hair. I just moved here from the NY area where I went to a Dominican Salon. My hair was always healthy and shiny.

There were prices listed on the door. But after being asked if my hair was natural - which it is not - I was quoted a higher price. When I asked why, the owner said because that was her price. It went downhill from there. I honestly would have walked out but I had a dinner to go to. She was rude the entire time, AND, (the kicker) she was talking about her clients en espanol. She called me a b*tch!

And, she didn't do a great job. She's cash only. The area is sketchy. I couldn't wait to get out of there. When I left, I told her en espanol that I understand y hablo espanol. Yo se que dice...

Clearly, I would never go back and wouldn't send my worst enemy.
