Dr. Charan Shikh

I have had debilitating back spasms in the past and was successfully treated for it. I had another severe episode of back spasms while at work.

I called the Primary Care Center and saw Dr. Shikh. I descbibed the pain I was in and my past history with back spasms. He had me bend over in different directions until I had another severe back spasm.

Dr. Shikh seemed puzzled and told me he wanted to do x-rays. I was unable to lie down flat on the xray table because my back muscles were clenched. He told me to come back when I was able to do xrays. He prescribed Celebrex for the pain and left. There was no advice on what to do about the back spasms or the pain I was experiencing. I couldnt afford the Celebrex because it cost $150 for 15 pills. I spent the night in unbearable pain and am now missing work.

This is the worst experience I have personally ever had with a doctor. I would strongly advise against seeing Dr. Shikh if you have any type of injury.
