Not a great company. As a former employee, these people will give you great customer service on the phone, but will try to make the service technichians and installers sell you things you do not need when they get out there. This is how the people in the office and in the field make there money - saying that, they don't pay the guys in the field what they should get paid. They will lie, cheat and steal in order for the office personnel to get their checks though. Do not believe a word they tell you! The garage door service guys are great! They work very long hours - 12-13 hours a day, 6 days a week for $300.00 a week - think about that. Complaints have been filed with BBB, Dept of Labor, ServiceLive, etc...You may not see them for long.

Great doors, great price and excellent service. they came in a Sears truck, with uniforms. Each time they were honest and seemed interested in providing the best service they could. didn't seem to be commission motivated. I bought 2 insulated steel carriage house doors and they make my home look much nicer. Great doors too. Check this service out.
