Killer cards, cameras, journals, luggage. (seriously). I'm always in search of a good card. Why? Because I HATE picking them out. So I'm incredibly happy to have Paper Source in Virginia Highland. They stock their shelves with a selection that it 99% awesome. They also have stock stationary or custom monogramed cards that I can't really afford.

The other super cool thing about Paper Source is their random stuff. (This usually bothers me, but when it's all pretty cool, I'm kind of a sucker for it.) They have made-to-look old 35mm cameras, and little vintage-y looking luggage to carry your new camera around in. Journals with map designs and do-it-yourself card making just round out the random selection. Go for a card, get a piece of luggage, have a great day.

Certainly not a misnomer, Paper Source is a great expanse of wall-to-wall pulp-related products that are destined to satisfy the greeting card giver in everyone. Lining the edges of this Virginia Highland paper emporium are thousands of cards making the card rack aisle in the drugstore look like child’s play. Racks of tissue paper, stencils, embossers, markers and pens fill the airy space complimented by light wood floors and topped with tin ceiling tiles. The centerpiece of the shop is the area in which dozens of look books wait to be thumbed through for custom letterpress invitations and announcement ideas. Also, among the heaps of small gift options is a table for DIY cards and gifts that will make mothers and grandmothers everywhere swoon.
