No longer a skeptic.... I was skeptical of accupuncture..period. I have sleep issues and suffer from migraines. The first time I met with Dr. Clairborne I was wired and stressed. She was thorough in her consultation, professional and very imformative. Her wonderfully pleasant personality was very reassuring and immediately I was at ease. By the time I got to the car I felt mellow and calm and slept like a rock for the next two weeks.

I now see her bi-weekly for auricular accupuncture (look at me using holisitc lingo..lol) and love it!

If you're looking for an alternative, a life change, weight loss, a natural organic lifestyle or need life coaching...look no further! She is amazing! You will be doing a disservice to yourself if you don't come see about Mind Body Spirit Wellness.
