Never Disappointed!. I started as a client at 313 about 15 years ago. Then I got a job there and worked as a skin care technician for about 3.5 years. Having been on the "inside" I know how much time and effort is put into training all the service givers...The on going education, the team meetings...it is hard work to be exceptional 100% of the time; yet that is exactly what the entire staff constantly strives for. Now as a client, I get to enjoy all the perks that their diligence to detail and client service brings! Only one time in 15 years did I have the tiniest issue with my hair and that was just a matter of not cutting my bangs short enough...easily corrected at no charge by my stylist. If I had the time and money I would be at that salon at least once a week! There is so much pampering and care given to each individual client...it is a real treat to spend time at 313. I recommend it to everyone I talk to about hair.
