Tips for Wells Fargo Bank

Wachovia on Moreland is no good. I went to Wachovia to this particular wachovia on Moreland avenue to cash my check. I needed to cash the check and deposit the money in my checking account since i had use for the money. i did not want any holds on my checks. While on the line, a Male worker came and told us that if we needed to make a deposit and get credited immediately, he could help us using the ATM. So me and a few other guys left our lines and went outside only to find that the ATM deposit was not working. Sensing he was in a fix, cause he had made us leave the line, the guy took our checks and promised to deposit it in our account with immediate credit. Since i was headed to court to pay for a ticket, i went and when i tried to run my card at the court, it did not go through, making me appear like a fool. To make matters worse, my phone was disconnected the same evening i was planning to pay for it. I am very very disappointed by this ordeal. The customer service, according to me is crappy and this people do not live upto their promises. If i go through an overdraft, they will be the ones to pay, I swear.
