Highest Recommendation Possible. Dr. Keith Jackson performed septoplasty with turbonate reduction on 12/21/2011. The procedure lasted about 45 minutes at his Surgical Center on Upper Hembree Rd.

Without a doubt, Dr. Jackson is a highly gifted surgeon. I conducted extensive research prior to my own surgery and talked with others who had experienced the same surgery with other doctors. As I understand, there are numerous "techniques" a doctor may use in performing this surgery and Dr. Jackson's results are beyond my expectations. No nasal packing, no black eyes and best of all, No PAIN!

Although I was perscribed pain medication, the only discomfort was the 1st 24 hours and could easily been handled with Tylenol extra strenth. The feeling was like the back end of a moderate cold. Now at 7 days post surgery I feel great. I am doing most any routine with no problem and my wife says I am no longer snoring. Actually dreaming during my sleep after surgery and sleeping soundly. My recommendation is to follow directions postop with the Netipot nasal washes 4 x per day and apply the Neosporin to the front and you will be fine. Best Doc in Atlanta by far!

A great doctor. For about twenty years I had a terrible problem with mucus which accumulated in my throat. I had to clear this mucus about every twenty or thirty minutes day and night. I went to Doctors wherever I was living or working: New York, Atlanta, Manila, Wellington, Bangkok, Dallas, etc. I received many prescriptions; none of which worked.

Some fifteen years ago I went to Dr. Jackson with an ear problem and mentioned my throat problem to him. He examined my throat and explained that I had GERD, (a severe form of heartburn). This GERD roughed up my throat and prevented the mucus from flowing down where it is supposed to go. He prescribed Nexium. The next day a problem that had caused me a lot of misery for twenty years was gone.

Since then I have entrusted my wife, my sons and my grandchildren to Dr. Jacksons care with fine results.

Dr. Jackson has a formidable intelligence behind a jolly exterior. His mind focuses on your problem with and intensity driven by an I.Q. that is probably off the charts. I am 79 years old and worked at the Bell Laboratories and have known a few people with this tremendous insight and intelligence. Dr. Jackson is a magnificent Doctor. If you have simple problems you can go to Dr. Charles Chickenfeathers ? but if you have a tough one or your wife or grandchild is in trouble run to Dr. Jackson.

His entire team: front office, audiologists, nurses and clerks are above average. His P.A., the brilliant Dr. Lora, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

When Dr. Jackson looks at you he is examining and diagnosing you each second and using that powerful intelligence to determine what is wrong and plan the most effective treatment. I hope he lives long enough to take care of my grandchildren until they are as old as me.

Superior care from a special Doctor and Individual. My name is April Helena Perron. I am a current patient of Dr. Keith Jackson. I was referred to him by North Fulton Hospital. I am partially disabled and on Medicaid, which some doctors refuse to except. Dr. Jackson not only saw me for the initial consult, but took me on as a patient. I am extremely grateful for the kindness and care that he has provided.

Dr. Jackson recently performed sinus surgery on me with a wonderful outcome. I have suffered with recurrent sinus infections for years and also had issues from a previous injury. Words cannot fully express the gratitude that I feel toward Dr. Jackson. He is: kind, gentle, caring, thorough, brilliant, articulate, generous, humorous, and compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone that has ear, nose and throat issues.

I immediately felt a connection with Dr. Jackson and was able to speak with him on a more personal level regarding past abuse issues that were the cause of injuries to my nose and about other medical issues that may play a role in my treatment.

In a previous review I read that Dr. Keith Jackson was "Like an Angel from God" and I can also make that statement without reservation. His bedside manner, his dedication to his patients and his personal interaction and professional, yet relaxing manner makes him a "One of a Kind" Physician.

The Best ENT in Atlanta!. After 6 miserable years, 5 of which I spent with another ENT literally sick 24/7 with sinus infections and two other sinus surgeries, which led to IV antibiotics and eventually landed me in the hospital for 12 days with a near death Sepsis. Dr. Jackson is the only ENT available during Spring Break in April 2010 and he was like an Angel from God. I went to him after leaving the hospital in May at which time he told me that his patients all get well. By June, he performed my 3rd sinus surgery, in which he told me he cleaned out my "frontal sinuses". I was told prior to this by the other ENT that I had no frontal sinuses! I have had a couple of infections during the healing process which were quickly cleared up and I had ear tubes inserted in March of this year which really has made a difference!

I have just visited him today in which he declared me completely healed of all sinus infections and ear infections! He kept his word! I am well and I am happy! He is the most caring doctor I've ever been to and has an amazing bedside manner when having surgery. He really does care about his patients in every way! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. KEITH JACKSON!

Dr. Keith Jackson is a really good ENT doctor. A few years ago, on the recommendation of a friend, I went an hour from home to Dr. Keith Jackson to talk about sinus surgery. I was sick a lot, getting sinus infections that lasted for weeks. I was miserable much of the time. I also had stomach and digestion problems. On my first visit I talked for 15 minutes straight about my complaints and he just listened to me. Then he spent another half hour with me, asking questions and examining me thoroughly. The result was a diagnosis of insufficiently treated acid reflux disease. With medication, he made me well. We did a CAT scan of my head and he told me that I just didn't need sinus surgery but needed to get my acid reflux under control. I continue to visit him yearly to renew prescriptions and for a now occasional upper respiratory infection. He is always patient, thorough, and makes me better. I'm 59 and have never had this good of a doctor before. I'm a professional singer and have always had to worry about whether congestion would allow me to sing on a given day. Now, I never think about it. My voice works.

I might add that the person who recommend Dr. Jackson to me talked about how Dr. Jackson's surgery on him had changed his life so much for the better. I feel like my life is changed as well.

Both Dr. Jackson's manner and his expertise are exceptional and I can highly recommend him to you for any ENT problem.

sinus surgery which was life changing for me.. I recommend DR Keith Jackson. Dr Bat originally sent me to him in 1998 for sinus surgery which was life changing for me.

I saw him today regarding my persistent sore throat and found him to be knowledgeable and still wonderfully engaging. It is how I remembered him.

I have often thought about how to express my gratitude and opinion of Dr Jackson so this is it!

Sinus surgery seems to provide mixed results; however, my 1998 surgery by Dr Jackson proved to be a lasting success and I have referred friends to him.

Best allergist in atlanta. I've known Dr.Chacko for years and he's been great in helping me with any issues with allergies or asthma. I've called him once when i was in my honeymoon in puerto rico to help call in antibiotics and he helped me right away. Would definitely trust him as your doc. I find him to be highly professional, knowleadgable, and fantastic.

Dr. Chacko's the best. I've known Dr. Chacko for sometime now and he's always helped me with my allergies. He always attentive and gets back to me right away (even give his email address and responds quickly). Also, he tries his best to be concerned with my finances (few doctors do) and gives me free samples if i need them. Quality doc

Great with my baby girl. Dr. Jackson saw my 18 month old girl who has been having persistent ear infections. He is very gentle and confident. Didn't rush to recommend tubes but i do think i'll be going that route. Great guy!

BEST ENT DOCTOR. When you become a "mature" adult and seem to be over anxious about your health, Dr. Keith Jackson has a way of putting you at ease and giving logical and professional advise to reassure you every thing will be fine. I would put him at the top of the list of ENT doctors in the Atlanta area.
