blast!. hooray! a workout that i can love! .... i tried that whole walk 30 minutes a day thing ... i've done aerobics and pilates and yogo and jazzercise ... and i like them all ... but nothing did that much to REALLY get me in shape ... but blast! sure does .... it's a wild workout at a frenetic pace .... off and on the treadmills, using all sorts of equipment .... it is different and challenging every time ... SO challenging ... and for the first time ever, i feel like i'm doing a workout that makes a huge difference .... every minute of the 60 minute class is well worth it ... best workout ever ... every time ....

This new workout model mixes treadmill and floor series circuits designed to confuse your muscles and provide ultimate strength/aerobic gains. The instructors are bubbly and encouraging and get the most of you while youre in the 60 min class. Great music is blasting as you find yourself reaching to new exercise levels!
