I live in NJ and was in town for my parents' anniversary party. I found good reviews online so made an appt with Lydia to have my hair styled. I was a bit apprehensive based on a bad experience I had the last time I had my hair done while on vacation. I was very happy with my choice this time. Lydia understood exactly what I wanted, and my hair looked fabulous for the party. I highly recommend her and the salon as a whole.

I wanted a salon closer to home and tried several before going to Tara Burroughs. I made an appointment after reading the reviews. I have short hair and expect it to still look a little different every time I leave the salon. Kim did a great job with the color and Lydia with the cut. Both took the time to talk to me and get a feel for what I wanted and my expectations. The color has lasted well and the cut has been easy to work with.

Tara Burroughs is a top notch salon. I'm new to the area and was a bit nervous choosing a new salon. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Lydia is awesome, she did a great job cutting my hair and Kim did my color and it's amazing. I've had many compliments on the cut and color and would highly recommend this salon.

Lydia is the BEST!!!! This was my first time visiting the Tara Burroughs Salon but it will not be my last! I have received so many compliments on my new haircut. Not only does Lydia give you an amazing cut but she also educates you on how to style your hair, what brushes to use, products that will work best, etc. I had such a great experience that I made another appointment for her to color my hair this afternoon!

Lydia is the BEST! Walked in today to ask a question and to make an appointment. She answered me truthfully AND worked me into her schedule. I walked out a few minutes later with the best haircut ever and a styling lesson!

Great salon with very knowledgeable staff. I had my hair color touched up, highlighted and a new cut. Kimberly does a terrific job on the color and hi-lights. I went in wanting a total new cut that would be easy for me to take care of yet stylish & sassy. This was Lydia's second time at cutting my hair as she is new to the area. I told her to do her thing.....she did an outstanding job!!! These women do a terrific job!! I couldn't be anymore pleased. I've been told that with the cut & color it has taken years off of me :-) This salon is top notch, staff and owner are very friendly.

Great Value, Great Service. I have been putting off a hair cut for a while and finally decided to try Tara Burroughs Salon. I was nervous about a new stylist. Trust me I have had my share of bad experiences in the past. Lydia did a great job, and I will definitely be back to see her.I appreciate the approach she took to making me feel comfortable and very impressed on how well she listened and interpreted the cut I was looking for. Thanks again!
