Long Wait Times. We have been going for years with our child. My wife is patient, I am not. Last two times, 30 minutes in the waiting room then 20 minutes in the back, THEN a simple cleaning & x-rays. 1. Cannot manage work loads. 2. Rarely ever see the dentist, which is good. She is very unprofessional in appearance. 3. The practice is run as a training center for up-an-coming dentists.

The staff is cordial but it doesn't compensate for the lack of planning, lack of professionalism or waste of time. There are 1000 dentists in the Yellow Pages.
