Bad BBB rating (F) and I know why. I experienced incredible rudeness, threatening phone calls, etc., after ordering on ebay. They tried to charge $70 to ship a $68 George Foreman grill when it was listed as free shipping. The George Foreman website would ship it for less than $20.

Modern Danish will list things as free shipping and then try to up the shipping cost after you buy it. The same thing has happened over two mirrors I purchased, also listed as free shipping.

When I said I didn't want to pay the extra shipping, they tried to bribe me to leave positive feedback in spite of their terrible service. I told them no. Now they are threatening to report me to ebay. That's great. I already reported them at least 3 different times.

I have had 5 am phone calls, threats that they were recording me and would use the recordings against me, and so far 3 different people emailing and calling.

All they would have to do is send me what I ordered for the price they had listed.

excellent service and fast delivery. I have tried several different online stores and none of them were as professional as Modern Danish. They made sure I got everything I needed in order to complete my bathroom remodel. They have awesome service and I received my items in just 3 business days. Great job guys. I will recommend you to all of my friends and family.

Awesome place .... really great. They have a great selection of unique stuff and it is all in stock .... I went to several other places that were double price and I would have had to wait weeks.

THEY moved ... they are in Kennesaw, GA now you have to make an appointment but worth it.

I've been waiting 9 months for a sink!. I ordered from Moderndanishcom a special order sink on March 10, 2011 and was immediately contacted by the customer service rep, Michelle. She informed me it would take 10 to 14 weeks to receive this sink and asked if I still wanted to place the order. I told her yes. Then my husband and I designed our entire bathroom around this sink. We even had our imported Italian tile countertop cut for the drain and faucet measured for this sink. It's been 9 months and we still do not have our sink. I have spoken with and emailed Michelle over 40 times in the past 9 months. Michelle tells me about container issues in foreign countries and many special order customers are waiting for their sinks to arrive. We feel stuck. So I warn you to steer clear of special order products from this company.

Excellent prices and fast shipping. I shopped on their online store and bought 2 granite stone bathroom sinks and vanities. They arrived right on time. We did have to download the instructions online and it was a snap to put together. We couldn't be happier with our choice to buy from this store and saved a small fortune.

Nice Products, Terrible Customer Support. I purchased a vessel sink, vanity, mirror, and pole shelf unit. They were all shipped quickly. Instructions for installation were very poor. I also ordered a drain trap an piping (nickel finish). The pipes were too short and they gave me a credit which was a fraction of the cost to buy the parts from another supplier. The pole shelf came defective and after three months they have yet to replace it. They offered 10% rebate. That is a joke - I would sill have a major scratch in my guest bathroom pole shelf. They keep telling me they are working on replacing it, but nothing has happen.

I like the company's products, but look out if there is a problem.
