truly caring. This office is truly a breath of fresh air. The Doctor is very through, friendly, caring. I have been looking for good PCP for a few years, been through 4-5 before finding Dr. Bayyapureddy. She is very professional, honest and understanding. Just talking to her made me feel better. I would never leave her. They office is so convenient, they are open long hours and weekends. They offer spaservices and weight loss, this is perfect. They are my one stop shop.

great experience. I went to this office for the first time after hearing wonderful things from my daughter, the doctors are very friendly and caring. They made me feel like I was the only patient and took good care of me, I did not feel rushed, they seem to genuinely care. The nurses were very friendly. I have not been to any other doctor's office where they made sure I got a snack, after my fasting blood work was done. Very sweet. Would strongly recommend this place. My entire family will be moving our care to them. Extremely pleased.

Excellent Primary Care. We are pleased to find such great doctors and friendly staff at Windermere Medical. We changed to them as Primary Care and have been quite happy with their medical care and quality of service.

Extremely bad in immigration procedures. Extremely bad in immigration procedures.

Was compelling so badly to go through all the medical procedures which is not even mentioned in the immigration checklist.

(such as physical, lipid profile, ekg etc if covered by your Insurance).

It was so frustrating to go through that checkups when we didn't want those.

Worst part is the paper work related to the immigration which we expect them to do carefully. They took everything for granted.

We need to correct the same mistakes in the form many times.

Won't recommend that place for those who value time and effort

Friendly and caring but some areas for improvements. The good:

- Offer a complete set of treatments and services including botox.

- The doctors appeared genuinely interested in understanding the purpose of the visit and help.

- Very friendly doctors

- Use a lot of electronic tools, less wast of paper for forms and documents and less efforts for their staff

- Online portal available for patient data and analysis reports

- Walk-in possible and short waiting times

- Appear to be interested in feedback about your experience

Could be better:

- Using an electronic pad for entering patient data is nice, however, declining any of the data privacy and authorization wavers prevent the patient from completing registration, the data however remains and who knows what happens afterwards with the declined authorizations.

- Staff is calling you about results of your reports not the doctor. If you have questions you have to call or visit again.

- If they cant reach you about the results, you have to call back. They do not call you again. When you call back, you can only leave a message there is no one picking up the phone if you are just calling for results.

Despite leaving two messages, nobody called back. It took another two eMails until I received a response.

- Staff frequently do not introduce themselves or tell you in advance what they are going to, how, and why

- If they have a busy schedule, the initially good impression about them taking time to listen and understand changes, and everyone seems to be rushing.

- Treatment rooms did not always look very clean. A lot of dust, hairs, and undefined substances on and around the treatment area.

- No place to temporarily drop you jacket, wallet, phone etc while treated.

- Personal data is not saved on a local computer server within the building but on the Internet with all the inherited risks that entails and you cannot opt out. You also do not know who with access to the portal is accessing your data and you cannot limit access to individual people for instance your doctor or individual staff members.

I have not much experience with other clinics in the area so my perceptions might just reflect the standard here but from my perspective they could do better. The 75$ just for a consultation seem a little steep in particular when the conversation lasts only 15 minutes. Overall still a place I would go for minor treatments and check-ups and if they hopefully show some improvements over time, it might be even good for more serious topics.

Good care and convenience. I have recently relocated to this area and fortunate to find such compassionate doctor that genuinely cared about me and my medical issues. I am happy with quick access to my labs results using their online patient portal.

Don't waste your time!!!. Their websites say they are open until 7:30. I got here at 6:50 and could tell they didn't want to see me from the time I walked in. They did let me sign in and kept sending a tech out to the waiting room to talk to me and then go back to the doctor. She kept saying the doctor couldn't help me. I kept asking to just let me see the doctor and talk to her myself and to let the doctor examine me. She came back and told me to go to the ER for something as simple as a possible sinus infection or strep. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Don't waste your time or your money on this group.

MISDIAGNOSED and I had to PAY FOR IT!!!. Had a cold for two weeks and I walked into the Windermere Medical Clinic. Typical enough until I had to repeat my symptoms 3 times and never once saw a doctor!! First, the tech came in to take my temp and was tired of waiting for the gauge to reach my actual temperature! She said, "Oh, I just let it get to 95 degrees and that's enough." Seriously? I should have walked out right then. To make matters worse, only a Physician's ASSISTANT saw me. She professed to know exactly what was ailing me and diagnosed me with and Upper Respiratory infection, prescribed antibiotics and an OTC, then sent me on my way. Day 2, 3, 4, then 5 and my condition was not improving but worsening!! I finally resolved to drive to my usual doctor who was shocked to discover that they misdiagnosed me AND had me taking the WRONG antibiotics for an entire week!! I was treated just today with the RIGHT meds and am already feeling back on the mend. Avoid this so called "Medical Clinic" unless your intention is to pump yourself up with unnecessary medications or need a botox injection. I saw 3 doctors there and they were only there for the "SPA" side of the clinic... Good thing I only had a sinus infection and it wasn't anything worse!!
