Restaurent with the Grumpiest waiters. I went to this restaurant as it advertises itself as " Voted Best Chinese Food in Atlanta" 12 years in a row. The Ambiance was good and place looked clean. No where , did I see any plaque showing the best restaurant award. Although Zagat rated certificate was displayed. makes you wonder if you were the real best restaurant, wouldn't you want to display it.

Soup was below average , the main dish was good. Our experience was totally spoiled by the rudest, unfriendly waiter, who was rude and impolite.

I suppose it will be alright for a take away choice as You will not be dealing with rude waiters.

Worst Chinese food I've had in the world. I've been to Hong Kong, eaten at restaurants and at street vendors, been to over 12 countries in Europe and Middle East, eaten at Chinese restaurants there, and over 100 different Chinese restaurants in the US east of the MIssissippi river. I've never had Hot and Sour soup that had absolutely zero hot spicy to it, so bland it was sickening. The fried rice was sickeningly sweet with added sugar. The Mongolian dish also had sugar added and was way too sweet to even qualify as chinese. I'll never darken their door again.

Their lunch specials are the best deal in town!. I am fortunate to work near this place (it is in the heart of Windward's corporate district) and frequent it at least once a week, mostly for lunch. Their lunch deals are the best at $6-$8 and you get large portions of both fried rice and the dish! Their sesame chicken is the absolute best in metro Atlanta, and that is definitely saying a lot. with as many good quality Chinese restaurants as we have. As others have said, there are other "Chin Chins" that are not this Chin Chin. It will be well worth the drive across town (and someone driving 100 miles for it - WOW!). Great place. I'll never get tired of it!

Most friendly owner of a Chinese Restaurant. We went there for dinner last Friday for the first time. The owner Steve was so friendly that he greeted and treated us like we are one of his regulars. He came back to our table three or four times to make sure everything is fine with us. We had been to many Chinese restaurant in the Alpharetta area, and no restaurant Managers/Owners are like Steve, a lot of of them either speak very little English, or simply unfriendly. Steve understands the importance of great service and absolutelt change the way customers should be treated in today's restaurant business. We will be back to see Steve again, for sure.

Simply Phenomenal. Absolutely the BEST! We dined on a Saturday night and the wait time was hardly any time at all; the service was superb and the food was PHENOMENAL! We are Chinese restaurant fanatics, and we drive from out of town to visit regularly (over 100 miles). We haven't found another like it yet. It is well worth the drive. The ambiance is... classy, elegant, yet comfortable. Wonderful atmosphere with or without the kids.

You just can't resist the food!. We went back again! This time we tried the pan fried fish and the three cup chicken. What else can I say? WOW!!!

Best chinese Food. Best chinese food I've had in north atlanta. The pot stickers are the tastiest with the best ginger sauce anywhere. I've been there about 6 times and have never been disappointed in any item we've tried. The seafood is fresh, the food is hot, the presentation very nice, and the service is attentive. I have no idea why this restaurant has such a low rating. Do not confuse this particular Chin Chin with other Chin Chins. They are NOT the same quality as this one.
