Go for the Grits. Every time we go, we have to wait to be seated which just increases our appetite and makes the menu descriptions more appealing. And every time, as we pay the bill and leave, we think we should just go for the grits.

You would imagine the biscuits would be something singularly spectacular, given the cafe's name. But they're not. Cracker Barrel makes better biscuits. After a helping of moon dusted potatoes and a side order of grits, we wished for more grits instead of any potatoes. Leaving half of the oatmeal pancake with peaches uneaten, we would have done better to order a double helping of grits and licked our bowls clean.

Will stop by again if only to see if we can take our own advice and fill up on grits.
