I'm a frequent spa goer, and have had many facials, massages, body scrubs etc., locally, in the US and abroad, and can tell you that Mezz Spa, by far, is one of the best! Amazing service, absolutely heavenly massages, and out of this world facials! This is an intimate setting, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, very clean and nicely decorated...understated elegance. Zo and Alisa, owners of the spa, are both very welcoming and professional. Stacy has the magic touch. Whatever treatment you have from her, you will be in heaven! The results, amazing. The body products they sell in at the front of their boutique are all of high quality, free of harmful ingredients, organic, and powerful! Highly recommended! What are you waiting for...go go go!

Ok listen, I have been to and worked in a number of day spas around the world. This one is utterly delightful. From the European decor in the entryway/waiting room to the simple but elegant treatment rooms, Mezz Spa is a notch above the rest.

I had a luxurious massage followed by a Microdermabrasion facial and both were just delicious. I felt like my face was being licked by baby unicorns. No really, it was that gentle. And yet the results were outstanding. I have very sensitive skin, and I had sort of resigned myself to being blotchy and red and pimply after a facial for about a week. NOT the case here. Melissa tended to every pore with the utmost care and delicacy. Her tenderness and efficacy produce visible, immediate results.

The man at the front desk was delightful and I was sent home with a bag of goodies, carefully labeled by Melissa. Pca Skin is my new skincare line and Mezz Spa is my new place for facials!! Can't wait to try the chemical peels.

Zoe was my first point of contact on the phone when I called for an appointment while I was visiting my sister in Alpharetta. Wow is he ever a soft spoken pleasant gentleman! I was in the neighborhood shopping and decided to pop in for a brochure and he happily greeted me and remembered that I had called earlier. He took the time to ask me what my skin issues were and explained to me that the Oxygen facial is spectacular and really yields great results. Ahhh!! I wish I lived here so I could get the maximum benefits of this treatment.

Bought massage through LivingSocial and was able to book appointment the next day!

My masseuse was Stacy and I HIGHLY reccomend her. She was amazing, knew all the spots to hit w/o me even telling her, knew how hard to go w/o making me scream and was quiet and let her hands do all the talking. I left feeling like the whole world had slowed down around me.

Best massage I've ever hand, seriously!

I rarely sit down to write a review for a spa, but I just had to do it for this one. I came in for help with a hormonal acne breakout that I could not get to resolve. The staff were caring, comforting, and collaborative. They listened carefully to my skin issues and I felt really understood and in capable hands. I received PCA peel/facial and I can see improvement. I am really excited to progress with the treatment plan they have for me. In terms of integrity, warmth, and genuine concern from the staff I don't think I can do better. I see some of the mixed reviews, and I am shocked because my experience was completely different. Maybe they got overwhelmed in the past when they ran with specials, or they have improved tremendously. Either way, I give them 5 stars for my amazing experience thus far.

Do yourself a favor and go see them for your next facial or massage. I've been a spa junkie for over 20 years. If a salon is featured in a magazine or highly recommended I try them. Well I just found the spa I been searching for all along and it's Mezz Spa. Even if you're a long time client of another salon break the routine and try Melissa. You won't know what your missing until you do! I rarely take the time to write reviews but places like this deserve the recognition.

Alpharetta's Best Spa. My friend and I have been to this spa 2 times already and we both had their three hours packages. I cannot say enough how great our experience has been each time. Everyone has been amazingly friendly and helpful. We truly enjoy it each time. We are scheduled to go back in July, and I can hardly wait. Do not bother with Mezz Spa. My experience with Mezz Spa was perhaps the most disappointing of all spas services that I have had in my life and I tend to be a spa junkie. I bought a spa package on Groupon and really feel that the owner/staff was resentful that I was using a Groupon. First, the service was incredibly rude, unprofessional and disorganized. This is not a spa like atmosphere at all. There are no dressing rooms, only a bathroom/supply closet and your are given a duffle bag to carry you belongings around. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time thus received a partial massage although I had arrived early. Next, on to the facial. When I made the appointment, I requested a regular facial. The woman performing the service insisted that I requested a dermabrasion and then proceeded to argue with me and told me that was what she was going to do anyway. She really did nothing more than spray water on my face and use a hand machine that did nothing but to move the water around which was running down my chest. I was also supposed to receive a paraffin wax dip that day, bit was told that was not included even though it was on the Groupon. At that point, I was so ready to leave there, I hardly had the energy to care. This was the only time in my life that I left a spa feeling more stressed than when I walked in the door.

3.5 hours of Pure Bliss. Oh where do I begin....I went to Mezz with my friend and we did their 3.5 hrs of pampering, and it was heavenly to say the least. The staff is very knowledgeable and everyone was nice. They made us feel extra special and we'll definitely be back. Thank you Mezz.

Amazing, so relaxing.... From the moment you walk in to Mezz Spa, you feel welcome:) The massage was great, the aromas take over the room and is very relaxing. The entire place is beautiful, serene, and polished. It smells lovely and the lighting is just perfect. Honestly, everything was just perfect. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mezz Spa. Very nice and professional staff, the location is great and the decor feels comfortable and real. They offer gift cards here and it makes for the perfect gift to anyone. This place gets an endless star rating. Loved it.
