Horrible Customer service!!. POOR! Horrible!!!!!!!!! I called in twice to confirm how much the cost is and each time she did not include the labor charge. I asked each time, "so thats it" and she said yes. That is when i said ok send in the technician. When the technician came in he said well there is also a $50 labor cost, and i had 2 doors that needed work, so thats $100 labor charge!! Had i known this i would not have called the technician. So i called the lady, and told her, "you did not tell me complete cost and this is $100 over what you quoted, so since i was not given the right information why should i pay for the technician to out to my place."To this she said "well that extra charge is understood isnt it? and if you dont pay, i'll call the cops!!!!!!!!!" oh this so did not sit well with me! I gave the tech $20 ($1 more than what they charge by the way!!) just to be clear of any trouble.

So the technician and their office staff is not even in sync of whats going on. And after i came home, their office actually calls me to find out if i paid the $20 bucks!!!!! - DONT YOU TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEEEES MISTER!!!

BUT!! i am posting this to alert anyone and everyone thinking of doing business with these people, dont!do business with them. If they have hidden charges then their customer service is this bad, how is thier actual service and follow up going to be!!! NO THANKYOU!!..
