BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The dentists are amazing. I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Nia and his staff help put my mind at easy. The doctors actually care about their patients. Mcdonough Center for Family Dentistry is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from beginning to end!!! First of all I had X-rays done and they told me that I needed to have my wisdom teeth extracted. They then gave me a price of $2,300.00 based on my X-rays. So I set an appt to have this done. Well I show up the day of the appt and it takes them two hours to take me back. Then it takes an additional 1 hour for the oral surgeon to come in and he then tells me I am going to have to have another tooth extracted in addition to the four wisdom teeth. This will be another $1,000.00. Well after another hour and a half they finally come in and prep me for surgery. Needless to say I woke up twice in the middle of the surgery so they charged me $125.00 three times to put me back to sleep. When I got my bill they had charged me a total of $4,100.00 when I had gone into the day expecting to pay $2,100.00. When I called to have someone go over my bill with me I was sent to a voicemail system where I left three voicemails practically begging someone to call me back and I have yet to receive any response whatsoever. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!

Goes that extra mile. At the age of 16 I was diagnosed with a chronic illness. It's been over 20 yrs now and I have lived longer than the Dr's thought I ever would and I have a Daughter that they never thought I would be able to have. Though it's been a long road I have made it this far, but I think one of the hardest thing so far is that due to the side affects of having an illness along with all the meds one has to take for such an illness my teeth have began to crumble and has made me feel very conscience about it to the place that I don't smile that much or if I do I am covering my mouth so my teeth won't show. I always tell my family that I can cover up & hide all my scars due to surgery & such, but I can't hide my teeth. Just thinking about this brings tears to my eyes bc I am very embarrassed about it. I know I don't have any control over it, but that's how I feel.

Even on my first visit Dr. Nia made me feel at ease. Due to the extensive work that I will need I am trying to figure the best route for me and I was in Aww & deeply touched at the extent Dr. Nia & his staff has been willing to go for me during my "Get my smile back" journey and yes it has defiantly been a journey. I still have a ways to go, but I know I have come to the right place & I trust Dr.Nia 100%! No other Dentist & their staff has treated me with the utmost respect & concern that Dr.Nia & his staff has. Nor have they been willing to come up with the best plan that I can afford so that I can have the work I need to have the smile my Husband & Daughter longs to see again.

My Daughter & Husband both now go to McDonough Center for Family Dentistry and love the work they do! My daughter has the most beautiful smile & Dr. Nia has stayed on top of everything to make sure she will keep those beautiful white-tees for yrs to come.

If you are looking for a great Dentist office for you or your entire family. Then you have defiantly come to the right place! I know me & my family has!!

Never going back. Everything was going great for my wife and I until my wife actually had to have dental work done. She had to return four times to get a mold done before they actually got it right. They were very nice about the situation, but I believe if they would SLOW down and not try to move as many patients and dollars through there like an assembly line, the quality of work would be better. Any way, we stayed loyal because, again, they were very nice about the situation.

My wife scheduled follow up appointments for more work and one was for a tooth to be extracted. Well, before she could get to her appointment, the tooth became infected and her face started swelling up. Needless to say the pain was unbearable. I called them first thing in the morning and told them we had a dental emergency and my wife needed to see the dentist immediately. They said they would have to call me back with an answer. A couple of hours later, they called back and said she would have to stay with her original appointment, which was WEEKS away. We made the decision at that point to switch dentists. I called up my childhood dentist in Locust Grove and he was able to take her in immediately to extract the tooth.

I then called them back to cancel all of our appointments and to get my wife's x-rays, so I wouldn't have to pay for new ones. I spoke with 2 different girls, who said the dentist would have to release them before I could pick them up. They then called me back and said they were ready to pick up. When I got there, they said I would have to pay $10 to get the X-rays, which were a few pages printed on standard paper. Neither of the 2 girls on the phone told me of the charge before I went up there. When I asked the receptionist how it was right or ethical that I have to pay $10 to get something that I've already paid for, she said it was a standard policy, like that was a logical answer. Well, the $10 charge was the last straw that prompted me to write this review. I believe a dentist should be there for emergencies, and this one is NOT. I also believe that any business should act ethically and not charge you to receive something you've already paid for.

No thanks. They fixed my insurance issue only after seeing this review. I'm not going back, but at least they fixed it.

Fabolous Place. i love the dentist.they work with you the staff members are fabolous and dr. nia is very nice and i love everything about them..i look forward to satying with them as my main dentist.love ya all you all are the best

Felt at ease. As a hesitant patient I put off going to the dentist for many years. I knew that eventually I would end up with problems but I was too nervous to go. The day came when I had to go and luckily I chose Dr. Nia's office. He was caring but straightforward with what I needed to do. They took excellent care of my mouth and I feel secure and confident now about returning for regular visits.

Outstanding service. The service I have received at this establishment has been awesome. The dentist has always been a challenge for me due to my extreme fear of pain related to old experiences. Meeting Dr. Nia and staff has helped me to focus on the care needed with as much gentleness and patience as possible. Although, sometimes procedures are uncomfortable the fear factor is almost diminshed. This had made the treatments more bearable and tolerable. The staff has made the experience one of the most pleasant ones I can remember. Customer service here is top notch. I will refer and have referred many more.

Dazzling Dentist & Awesome Service!!. I met Dr. Nia and his team shortly after he opened the McDonough office. My initial visit, follow up visit, and phone/email follow up has been OUTSTANDING. For the first time EVER, I look forward to going to the dentist. I enjoy each moment I am at the office. The team gives amazing customer care and attention during every moment of the visit. Dr. Nia's warm personality, amazing skills without pain and genuine care of getting to know patients is "like no other" that I have experienced! I have referred friends, family and clients to McDonough Family for Family Dentistry. And, I will continue to do so! Great service ... great family atmosphere!!!

Great. My first couple of visits were great. The staff and the Dentist were very helpful and caring to my needs of what was going to happen and what needed to be done. I thank them for that. Keep of the good work and don't let one Dentist ruin the good work so many has work so hard to accomplish. However, my last visit wasn't no where close to helpful or nice which will be sent privately.
