Seven Hens

The newly opened 7 Hens, is like the Olympic Games for schnitzel. The schnitzel-centric sandwich spot has multiple nations competing against one another for the breaded chicken gold. France, Mexico, America, India, Italy and China all have contendors in the ring. Each sandwich starts with a tender chicken breast (or tofu), pounded thin and coated in seasoned breadcrumbs before being adorned with add-ons representative of each nation. We like the signature French, with lettuce, tomato, onion, Dijon mustard, olive tapenade aioli and the Chinese, decorated with sesame-seasoned panko, Chinese mayo, teriyaki glaze, lettuce, tomato and onion.
