When we think of summer dining, al fresco eats under the stars spring to mind. But this season, you could be spending a fair amount of time under the Georgian Terrace Hotel. The chilled lobster rolls with garlic butter, chicken liver mousse and craft cocktails at Proof & Provision are more than enough to entice eaters underground. You won’t find the full name of the bar on Peachtree Street, but if you swing around to Ponce and look for the golden P, you’ve found Midtown’s latest hotspot from Livingston chef Zeb Stevenson. You can’t go wrong with the confit chicken wings and you’d be hard pressed to find better barrel aged cocktails than their signature negroni.
