Watershed on Peachtree

“A watershed moment” is often employed to connote an important turning point or transitional event, after which a radical change transpires. Saying that consuming the fried crawfish pie at the new Watershed at Peachtree in Brookwood Hills, was this sort of occasion is perhaps an overstatement, but only a slight one. In one sense, I will never be the same and it has caused a radical shift in the way I will think about crawfish pie, in another, I should probably calm down.
