Chef Blais hit it out of the ballpark with the opening of HD1 gourmet haute dogs! With over 15+ hot dog varieties, my favorites are the Eastbound and Down and Little Italy! The sweet brioche bread buttered to perfection-order the maple-oy fries as your side and end the night with their bread pudding or soft serves!
