Michael Bowling is the BEST!. I've been seeing Michael Bowling for many years now and he is always creative, friendly, honest and just awesome. I won't be using anyone else - he's the bomb!

Beautiful Place, but CASEY V. HAS RUINED MY HAIR!!!!. I went to Salon Solera, and had Casey Valdillez color and cut my hair. Worst experience EVER!!!!!! I asked for something simple and got exactly what I was NOT looking for! As she cut, my eyes filled with tears. I am not the complaining type. I just figured I would let everyone know so she doesn't make the same mistake on another innocent customers hair. Now I have to go somewhere else, and pay more money to get it fixed. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!! I wanted to go and get a spa package as well, but she has just ruined my experience there all together. Please save your money and time.

Worse Service Ever! Stay Away!. I wish I could rate this place -1 stars! Please do not patronize Solera Spa! Save your money! They definitely don't deserve it. Incompetent, horrible customer service, overbooking, I could go on and on.

On 2/10, I purchased two packages for $280 to receive 2 massages, facials, and mani/pedis. This was a gift for Valentines day. I was told that the first open appointment was February 25th. I set up the appointment for 2/25 at 1130. Andrea stated that she wrote it down, and even told me how the day would be structured.

My card was charged the same day. I've been looking forward to this for 2 weeks. At exactly 1130, I showed up to the spa. I should have known something was wrong when the receptionst couldn't find my appointment. She went to the back and brought someone else out with her. I was told that they were booked up, and I would need to pick another date. What?! I already waited two weeks!! I asked that she call the manager, and nothing was done to appease me. I was even told that I had to wait until Monday for a refund. Really? They didn't have any problem taking out my money the same day. Why do I have to wait to get it back now? Oh yeah..when she called the manager, I overheard her tell the manager that someone else had the same problem earlier that day, but they were able to accommodate them.

Absolutely horrible service! Unapologetic and incompetent! How difficult is it to write down an appointment and not overbook? I will never visit this place or recommend it to ANYONE! Stay away!

I LOVE this place!. Solera has everything yopu need at one place and the coustomer service and professionalism is top notch! hair, nails, spa and so much more! I love Hairpins Studio! Excellent service and I love the one on one personal attention. You can't go wrong here! Everyone is great!

The most complete one-stop shop for all of your beauty needs. This place is amazing, there are over 50 of Atlanta's top hair stylists, barbers and even a permenant make-up artist. The medical spa pampers beyond belief. I can even purchase all of my hair and skin care needs and grab a latte' at the cafe'!

Make no mistake, Solera Salon & Med Spa is the biggest thing to hit North Fulton.

The BEST 1 Stop Shoppping Experience!. I have to say walking into Solera Salon and Medspa was the best choice I ever made! I found my new Stylist Michael Bowling- AMAZING WORK!!! I also can coincide my hair appointment with the Spa, which makes life so much easier! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional. I suggest to EVERYONE!!!

Lucky I found this place!. I have been there a few times now and I have come to a few conclusions"

1. Jamina can give the best massage you have ever received in your entire life,

2. Amber can give you one of the best haircuts you have ever received

3. Elaheh will color your hair better than anyone

4. The cute guy at the front is very welcoming and helpful.

WOW! the service can't be BEAT!. I just want to say how excited I am whenever I get the chance to go into Solera Salon! First I stop at the cafe and get a yummy beverage and sweet. Then I head upstairs to the spa and treat myself to getting my nails and toes done. Of course when I have a special occasion I look forward to having Michelle do my makeup - she's AWESOME! This is one stop shopping that can't be beat!

Great Massage. How impressive this entire place is. From the salons within the salon, the retail for sale, a cafe oh and wait a full MedSpa. I had a massage with Jamina and it was the best I have ever had. This place is fantastic!
