Today was my first visit. Indya was very attentive, the atmosphere was nice. I went for the keratin but received the PHYTO relaxer. My hair looks and feel very nice however, not sure if I will continue with the relaxer

I had such a great experience when I went to Salon 121 for the first time a just over one week ago. I found it on google after searching for precision cuts and I am so happy with the results. I got a phyto relaxer, color, cut and style. It was also my first time trying the phyto relaxer. For the first time a relaxer did not burn and could stay in my hair.

When I first saw Ms. Indya, she was smiling and I told her I felt like I know her already and she was so cute I wanted to give her a hug and she gave me a hug :) The other stylist who was there at the time was also very friendly. I felt right at home. The environment was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. They were very attentive. I described to Ms Indya how I wanted to look and feel with the cut I wanted and the final cut was spectacular. I told her the energy I wanted to convey was rock star and when I left the salon I I felt like just that. She knows how to cut hair this lady. I'm more than thrilled with my new style.

I was a customer there today. The stylist was very nice. The problem was I had a coupon from Living Social and was charged an additional $50 than what was on the coupon. I have barely shoulder length hair and was told they charge more for EXTRA long hair. Since the deal was $69 I was not expecting an extra $50 and think it was very bad customer service. I mentioned to my stylist and she said that the owner would not change that for me. Would not recommend and don't trust them. I am a very honest business woman and have run 3 successful businesses and would never trick my customers this way or have hidden fees.

I had the most amazing keratin treatment at Salon 121. My stylist did an awesome job and my hair went from frizzy and dull to shiny and smooth. I love the place and price as well. My stylist was Ashley and she was very flexible in scheduling my appointment. Overall I highly recommend Salon 121!

Love Salon 121....this is my second time going and the service is impeccable. Ms. Indya and her staff are professional, warm, and inviting. I've been to several salons and they just couldn't do my hair right. When I told Ms. Indya what I wanted...she gave me exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased with my hair. Afterwards, I received several compliments about my hair and I have referred people to her. Now I'm a regular client of hers. I would recommend this salon to any one because you will not be disappointed!! Great Job Ms. Indya and Staff!!:-)Thanks for the great service and hair care. :-)

This is the first time ever that I have fallen in love with a hair salon- I loved everything about it!!! The decor was very nice & I really enjoyed the music too. The owner & stylists were all very friendly, professional & EXCELLENT. They offer any service one may want but I went for a keratin treatment & couldn't be more pleased. They were big on using a formula with no formaldehyde & they also used a hydration machine that was a new experience for me- it was GREAT. There were no choking fumes like with the other keratin treatments I've had but my hair has never been softer, more sleek or shiny. The base price for this treatment is far below any other prices I have seen so for me, the buck stops here! I will definitely make this place home when it comes to my hair!!!

I Just Love This Place!!!!! My first visit to the salon was Dec 1st of last year. I found out about this place through a Postcard Advertising Mailing. It couldn't have come at a better time. My old hairstylist I had and loved for years recently moved her business to Fayetteville - much further than I would want to drive from Mid-town Atlanta. Because I was so pleased with my first visit to Salon 121 I booked out for an upcoming two weeks return visit. Needless to say I am now a regular customer.

I love the fact that I can make my appointments on-line. The hours for service are very flexible and cater to the business professional. I typically book an early morning appointment before going to work....and trust me I step into work like I have a new attiude...hair shiny, bouncing and behaving...can I say GORGEOUS!! I probably should have whiplash for turning my head so much. Every time somebody calls my name I whip my head around and smile with a yeeeeessssss...

Depending on what services I get I will book a 6 or 7am appointment. One day I had to go out of town and had a 10 am flight. I wanted my hair fresh and new before leaving town. I booked one of the earrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrly 530 AM slots and Ms. Indya had me in and out and I was at the airport with time to spare. Yes, I was FABULOUS!

The flexible early morning appointments are a definite selling point for me. I like the idea I don't have to tie up my evenings after work or Saturday mornings for a hair appointment. I go in early and get out before most people wake up good. Ms. Indya makes the atmosphere soothing with soft music playing that is uplifting and encouraging. What a way to begin the day? The courtesy extended to me is exceptional....(in her soft professional voice - would you like some coffee, water, or tea?) The hair care attention is nothing less than SUPREME! I tell you my shampoo is the best in town!



I have Natural hair so its hard to first, find someone who does Natural hair and then, make sure that person does a great job. Well, I tell you I found it at Salon 121 with Ms. Indya. This salon has been very accommodating for me and the owner herself knows and takes care of exactly what my hair needs. I highly recommend this spot and Ms. Indya is now my new STYLIST and she is ALL That!!!

Gotta run now and book my next appointment on-line....:-)

I just had my second visit with Indya. She was referred by a co-worker who also has a fly short hair cut. Some people either specialize in one type of hair and she can do long and short with precision. I received a lot of compliments after my first visit and everyone was so nice at the salon. The atmosphere was wonderful.

Indya has been styling my hair for 20 years. She is an excellent stylist. The salon is very cozy, relaxing, and the staff are very professional. Every time I leave the Salon 121, my hair looks fabulous! Keep up the good work and I am so proud of you Indya.

I had a great experience at this salon. First of all, they were very accommodating by scheduling me at the last minute for a 6:30am appointment the following day. For someone like me who is extremely busy, it was the best way to start my day! The atmosphere of the salon itself was very relaxing, professional and chic! The best part was the results... my hair is natural and I have a hard time keeping it straight but I did a Keratin treatment and absolutely love it. My stylist Brittney was very knowledgeable and definitely understood what I needed. Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
