I absolutely believe the body can heal itself if given the right treatment and attention. My goal is to provide a calming and relaxing environment for my clients. This allows them to go into a state of deep relaxation and meditation - to become one with their mind, body and soul. I have been formally trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, Pre - Natal, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports, and Thai massages.
