GREIA E&O Insurance.
GREIA has been a breath of fresh air in the E&O Insurance game, especially here in California where there are so few Companies writing E&O for Home Inspectors. I was ready to hang it up after 11 years in this business, one that I really enjoy. Thanks to GREIA getting our information and cold calling inspectors now I will tough it out a while longer.
If you need E&O insurance you have to give them a call, the process was clean and easy, no issues at all. Saved me almost half of the premiums I was paying prior to this year. Better payment plans too!

GREI helps expansion. GREI has enabled our company to expand to programs that we wouldn't have been able to otherwise. Their pricing was much better than our local servicers. They have been good to help as needed to get certificates and answer questions. Highly recommend for any verification and green certification operations!
