Great job. I have been using this company services for over a year now. I need to clean my carpets and furniture every couple of month because of my dogs. So, after trying many other companies, I was recommeded by my friend to try this one and I have been using them since. They come on time, try to fit you into there schedule when it's best for you, great customer serving and do an amazing job cleaning. They take there time cleaning making sure that they do the best job. And every time I am very happy with the work they do. I am never going back to other cleaning companies and highly recomend to all my friends and to you to try them out.

Gene the owner came by to clean our carpets today. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for their carpets cleaned. He did explain he had some trouble with the deal sites which resulted in some bad press, but I would ignore those and choose this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

I had absolutely NO issues with this company... showed up when he was supposed to, cleaned the carpets and did a good job! I hate to see other people talk to little of them when they are a good company!!!!!

Beware. Do not use this company. They came unprepared for cleaning, banged the walls and did not do a good job. I purchased a coupon on laclly and added on some additional cleaning. I would not trust this company.

Good Job!!. Had to make several calls but someone did call me back & scheduled my appt. They are really busy so I understood but it was worth the wait great service, cordial on the phone, called ahead of time, prompt & professional.

I originally only purchased carpet cleaning but I decided to also let him do my 3pc Couch Set since they did a great job with my carpets. Reasonable prices, efficent and helpful. I purchased the deal from Half Off Depot I highly recommend this company

Don't use this service. I purchased a offer from Loclly for 1st class carpet cleaning to clean the carpets in my home. The first time I called the man answered the phone and asked that I call back after 5pm to schedule my appointment. Since I have left 4 messages with no repsonse. I have waisted $29 dollars on this company...and now am working with Loclly to get the situation resolved.

Hopefully this review prevents this from happening to others.

Beware. I purchased two vouchers from Half off Depot for this company to clean my carpets. It took him a few days to call me back but it was well worth the wait. He is a super guy who does a fantastic job! Used him for both of our homes and including extra rooms the total and was WELL below the quote for even one home.

1st Class Ripoff. I bought a deal from this so called business from Half Off Depot. After weeks of attempting to make an appt. I have given up and am in the process of attempting to get my money back. No one ever answers the phone, no one responds to your messages, no one seems to care about the reputation of this business. It would appear that they collected the money from a lot of deals sold, and have no intention of honoring them. Spend a little more somewhere else and actually get your carpets cleaned.

Wish I could Give '0' Stars. Similar to previous reviews, I scheduled a cleaning and carpet stretching for Thursday and indicated the time sensitivity to this request as I had tenants moving in on Saturday (and I made sure to book that day a week in advance). They called to confirm the day and time and even called from the property saying that all the work was under way and would be completed as requested. On Saturday my tenants showed up to a dirty house and carpet that had not been stretched. They backed out of our lease and I am considering legal action to recoup this months rent as 1st Class Carpet Cleaning was the direct result of this lost income. The phone call 'from the property' to tell me that the work was being completed was so incredibly vindictive that I implore everyone to avoid this company at all costs!!

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a voucher for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning from loclly for this company. I had an appt scheduled for a particular time & date. I called 2 days prior and confirmed this appt. No show and no return calls after 3 messages left. Now I am left to chase a refund from loclly or the vendor.
