No one showed up!. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who had this problem. I had someone call to confirm my appointment Thursday for Saturday. I was given a 3 hour window for them to show up , with instructions stating I would be called when they were on their way. 30 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive, I called and had to leave a message (the machine message was rude stating something along the lines that since hundreds of groupon purchasers decided to wait until the last 4 weeks of the groupon....uh not my problem, you should have put a limit on how many you could handle rather than letting more than 1000 be sold) I called again an hour and a half after my 3 hour window, and told them to not come (as if someone was going to, I had to leave another message) I haven't received an email or a return call regarding this. Horrible Horrible company, very poorly managed. There are so many more reputable and honest cleaners...ones that will actually show up!
Awful. Awful! They never showed up to a confirmed appointment. No one called or emailed to inform me that they will not show up. As a matter of fact, the day before my scheduled appointment time somoene had actually called and confirmed my appointment. I emailed and called, no one returned my call or email.
Second time's a charm?.
I bought the Groupon for 3 hour cleaning service, only to have no one show up or even call to tell me they weren't showing up for my confirmed appointment time.
I have rescheduled but will definitely cancel through Groupon if they don't show up this time.
A Spectacular Cleaning. We purchased a coupon for a 3 hour cleaning from Groupon for Blu Sky Cleaning Services. We were a little hesitant to purchase a cleaner online. We were pleasantly suprised. They told us they had a 3 hour window between appts to allow any extra hours their customers might need. They arrived within the 3 hour window and did an exceptional job. They did things that were not even on our list. We give a thumbs up and will be using them on a weekly basis.
Stay Away! I would pay them never to come back!!. I purchased a 3hr home cleaning from Blu Sky off of GroupOn. I signed up for a 9:15am appointment, but received a phone call the day before my appointment notifying me that 1) someone would come to clean between 9:30 and 12:30 and 2) gratuities for the cleaning woman were appreciated (and gave instructions on how to do it). I found both of these messages odd. Why sign up for a 9:15am appointment if they then schedule a 3hr window? Also, I feel it's rude to instruct me to tip, especially before the service is even completed. I was willing to overlook these things if the cleaning was satisfactory though.I received a call at 10:58am letting me know the cleaner would arrive within 30 minutes. She arrived an hour later with a strong cigarette smell to her. I have no problem with smoking, but this was an overwhelming odor! Now I know why she was late!The cleaner, Constance, was then terribly rude to me. She said there was no way to do basic mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping of my house in 3 hrs. even though that is what my regular cleaning company does. She wanted me to purchase extra time. She questioned me about my regular cleaner including how much she charged. She was upset that I had a regular cleaner and asked if I had any intention of using her again (this is before she'd even cleaned).I called their office to ask what is typically done in 3 hrs. The asst. manager said that some of their employees are slow so she couldn't say for sure. She also said Constance was never rude to clients and disregarded my complaint on that matter. I asked about their company policies regarding the handling of complaints, but she refused to explain. Finally, I spoke with Mimi, the manager who was also unhelpful. She told me that since I was using a GroupOn, they weren't actually making money off of me. I guess my satisfaction didn't matter. Overall, the customer service was less than pathetic. Constance's cleaning was also subpar. She talked on her cell phone for 3 hrs. and I had to clean up afterwards.
Best Cleaning We Have Ever Had!. We bought a 3 hour Groupon to be redeemed by Blu Sky Cleaning Services. We had a 3 hour window for the cleaner to arrive and she arrived within that window. Blu Sky sent Alicia to us and she was heaven sent. She had our house shining and also did things we didn't even have on our list. She was excellent and is now our new weekly housecleaner. GO BLU SKY!

THIS IS THE WORST CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED!!! THEY WERE 3 HOURS LATE AND ONLY MANAGED TO CLEAN TWO BATHROOMS, WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!
NOT ONLY ARE THEIR CLEANERS AWFUL BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!!!!!!
I WAITED FROM 10 AM UNTIN 2:45 FOR THEM TO SHOW AT MY HOUSE, JUST TO HAVE TWO BATHROOMS CLEANED! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE A VERY BAD ONE!!!!

With our busy schedule we needed a very efficient cleaning company asap to clean our home. As a member of Groupon we decided to purchase this cleaning service deal through Groupon. We were very impressed with the service Blu Sky Cleaning provided. They did an amazing job and our home was left spotless. We definitely will be using their service again.

Run, Don't Walk Away from this Cleaning Service. Wow, how bad can a cleaning service be, well let me tell you. Bought a Groupon for Blu Sky's services and when I called to schedule an appointment they told me I had to go to a special online sign-up process through my Groupon email; hey good job making it an extra step to get your service. Then on the day I set up the appointment they didn't show up or call to cancel. I had to call them 3 times for an argumentative woman named Mimi to tell us no one would come that day and we wouldn't be getting our money back from them. Mine you, Mimi blamed the whole ordeal on us too. Said while they have a 24 hour call back policy thats why they hadn't gotten around to telling us they were not showing. Although I called them back in just 6 hours the day before, but that was too late for them. Poor customer service, flat out rude employee, and thanks for making me go through the hassle of getting my money back from Groupon.
Best Cleaning We Have Ever Had!. We looked over the reviews before we called Blu Sky and booked our cleaning. Almost all reviews were good so we decided to give them a shot. They arrived on time and did everything on our list with time to spare. Our kitchen & bathrooms have never been cleaned so well. We also booked them to clean our office down the road. Will be using on regular basis.
