Room 1025 was nice with extra blankets & pillows, along with bottled water. Jamil at the desk service was super helpful, & the breakfast buffet was excellent. We'll be back!
No snacks, no bottled water, no upgrades...If this hotel wasn't 1 block from my office, I would avoid it like the plague. The old guy who works late night check in is the worst. And I'm the GD MAYOR!
They could invest in bigger in room televisions. The TVs in the suites are the smallest I've seen in any Embassy Suited
Make sure over easy eggs are cooked - if you don't like raw amalgon.
This is a great place to stay!! It has lots of shopping and restaurants around it. The suites are very nice. The breakfast is complimentary, with made to order omelets, eggs any way, grits, etc.
Embassy Suites works hard to cater to clientele who have families, and does so by providing a variety of family-friendly amenities. Kids 18 and younge...

I was impressed. Big room and the made to order breakfast is super great. Front desk people and walking from parking in suck though.
Wireless access is terrible above the 8th floor. And if you're in a room that ends in "...27" forget about the Internet.
Great omelet bar, but potatoes are dry & taste like cardboard
