Nalley Jaguar Service Dept.. Pete, Kay, and Steven have always taken good care of me. Pete even planted the seed for me to buy a new Jag, and boy am I glad. I have been a customer for 13 years and will continue to be so. These guys are the best, and they should all get a raise.

The wait time is awful!! I waited almost 2 hours just for a car wash.....after throwing another $1800 into the car.
My car was making odd sounds near the front brakes. I took it in 3 times before they informed me my brake pads were shot.....figured that out on the 3rd visit??
My air conditioning vent clips just randomly fell off....of course NOT covered under warranty.Normal wear and tear??? Oh yes no follow up call back on that either!

From 1999 to 2008 Thanks to Cliff Hall at Nalley Jaguar. One year ago in November 2009, I had a 1999 Infiniti q45 that I absolutely loved but had too many issues to get fixed and was running at 14 mpg. I went to Cliff, who happened to represent Nalley Jaguar is how I ended up there versus the other way around. With my less than stellar credit, and little to no down payment available, I walked away that evening with a 2008 Toyota Avalon that I love. It was Cliff, his great relationship with the GM at Nalley Jaguar, the reputation he has with his finance partners and his attention to detail that helped get this deal to happen. I have recommended so many folks since and invite you to at least call him. You'll learn quickly why he is the best at getting you whatever you need at extreme great value. That's my man!
Great Experience. I recently purchased a vehicle at Nalley Jaguar and worked with Cliff Hall. I was debating between a BMW 550, Jaguar XF and Lexus IS250. Since Nalley Jaguar had all three, I decided to make that my first stop. I ultimately decided on the XF, and I love it! I am so happy with my new vehicle and have to say that the process of selecting my vehicle and actually purchasing it was stress-free. Cliff explained the pricing, payments, taxes, etc to me and was very patient as I budgeted and made my decision. I don't plan to purchase another vehicle for quite some time, but when I do, I hope to return to Nalley Jaguar and work with Cliff again! Very professional.

CLIFF HALL, OF NALLEY JAGUAR, MADE ME FEEL MUCH BETTER ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR NOW. I CALLED, TOLD HIM MY DIFFERENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES, HE TOLD ME THAT AT NALLEY, THEY RAN THINGS DIFFERNTLY, AND HE WAS RIGHT. HE SAT ME IN HIS OFFICE, I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED TO BUY, AND HOW MUCH I HAD TO SPEND, HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME, OR TRIED TO PUT ME IN A VEHICLE THAT DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL HAPPY. AND MIGHT I ADD, DURING THE PROCESS, I STARTED TO GET HUNGRY,AND MR. HALL WENT TO SUBWAY FOR ME. YOU WILL NEVER EXPERIENCE THE NEW WAY TO BUY A CAR, UNLESS IT IS FROM NALLEY JAGUAR. IF AVAIL., MR. CLIFF HALL. GO, YOU WILL NEVER GET THIS KIND OF TREATMENT ANYWHERE.
