Great hotel for a great price. Loved the location. Very close to GA tech!

Corporate Responsibility is very important to me. So I am proud that Melia has a partnership with UNICEF. Giving back is so crucial in today's world.

Located right off the highway, this hotel is beautifully decorated and offers top-notch service. The bathtub did have some scratches and stains but you could tell it was clean. The view from the balcony is what completed the package. We loved our romantic escape and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

After reading other reviews, I was really nervous about our stay at The Melia. There was absolutely no need to be! On arrival we was greated by a very warm and friendly Barbara and the very charasmatic Jonathan who instantly made us feel welcome. We upgraded our room without any hassle and was told about all hotel amenities. Our room was clean, spacious and provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The view of the ATL skyline was amazing and provided a great backdrop for some lovely photos.

All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We didn't have a car to valet park, but the valet staff were always on hand to give us directions to places and a map of the Marta system.

Coming from South East London we had no problems with the location. It's surrounded by REAL downtown Atlanta life. If you prefer a more moddy coddled touristy environment then maybe this isn't the hotel for you! If you like to go to a place and experience the natives, be a part of the culture.. I strongly recommend this hotel!!

There some real nice places to eat and drink and it's a fab location for access to tourist attractions such as World of Coca-Cola, The Aquarium and CNN.

Little five points, Underground Atlanta and The Martin Luther King Jnr Memorial Site are a short train ride away, as are Perimeter and Lennox Malls.

Our trip to ATL was second to none and I'll definitely stay in The Melia on my return next Easter.

This was the second attempt for wonderful visit to Atlanta. The last stay at this hotel was plagued with problems. The hotel offered to make it right with a free upgrade to the Concierge Floor with all of the amenities for this stay. This time we enjoyed the stay immensely. The service was excellent, the staff was great, the room had no problems. This was a complete turn around from the stay one month before. I will stay at this property again in the future. Thanks Melia for the offer to try your property again. Mr. LeBlanc, the Hotel Manager was the perfect host. He made himself available to great us and show off his property throughout the stay.

Only spent one night at the hotel. Bathroom counter space limited. Employee at the bar in the AM was quite pleasant. Love that you serve Starbucks.

My husband and I were recent guests in your hotel on Thursday, September 27th and Friday, September 28th. I was in town for the AEAP Conference, which was also held at your hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about your staff! They were wonderful – kind, polite, and very accommodating! From the check in desk to the girl who was at the bar/restaurant (day shift), everyone was so kind and helpful.

I had left my keys in our hotel room and we stayed with a friend on Saturday. When I realized my keys were missing, I called the hotel; everyone was very helpful in locating my keys. I spoke with Crawford – he is great!

Thank you so much – if I ever visit Atlanta again (and I hope I do), your hotel is where I would stay!

Thanks again and please pass on my compliments to your staff!

The hotel was beautiful. Everything was nice quality. Location was fabulous, near GA Tech and right in Midtown. Bar at the pool was great with views of the city.

I'd like to acknowledge one of your staff members for going above and beyond his required normal duties for me at my time of distress.

I left my tablet on the plane on my flight to Atlanta. I made numerous calls to the airport/ airline ( United airline ) to no avail. When I inforned Mr. Cortez at the front desk of my situation , he promptly took action on my behalf and made phone calls and e-mails to the airport.

Thanks to Mr. Cortez, I have my tablet back.
