HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY. I got locked out last night and called them - the girl i spoke to over the phone said that they were a running a bit behind and that it would take about 45 minutes to get to my house. I appreciated the honesty and booked the call. 25 minutes later they show up at my door and 3 minutes later my door was open. When he took a look at my lock he told me that it looks like someone tried to pop that lock. I wasn't sure if he was trying to sell me something or replace my lock so he could make more money but then he said - talk to your landlord and tell him to replace that lock for you that way you will not be the one paying for it. YES ! They were honest and polite and I am happy to leave 5 stars of excellence for them.
