ADT home security system is a trustworthy company. I never knew how great it is until I got one. Next week, they get to install security cameras in my house.

Many thought that alarm systems like this is a fraud. But for me, this is really important especially if you have kids at home. You do not want to put their lives at risk while you are away from home. And the best company to sign with is ADT.

I feel great!. Hi there, I actually don't have enough history with ADT to give a real review of there alarm system but I wanted to say that I just got an alarm system installed and my first impression was that if there installers are anywhere near the service then I feel great!

worth it alarm system. My alarm system I can say is really worth it! They have a money-back guarantee and this is one of the reasons why I signed with ADT.

ADT is my help. I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT is the only company who could help me out with my security

Not Impressed. I called the ADT regional customer service center shortly before Christmas to have the security system repaired in my home as I kept geting fault codes the wouldn't reset. I was given a refrence number and told that a local technician would come to my home the following morning....that was almost three weeks ago! I am not impressed with the level of service....

Saving plus Safety. Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time.

cancellation fee. I contracted with ADT almost two years ago. Since we very rarely turn on the alarm system, I decided to cancel the service. I spoke to one of their representatives who told me that they require 70% of the remaining contract (a 3 year contract) as a cancellation fee. So to cancel would cost me almost $500 after two years as a customer. Apparently, this is in the contract I signed when it was installed. Shame on me for not reading it. But 70%?? That seems like an unreasonable cost. So I guess I will keep the service and continue to pay for something I do not use. But beware if you are considering ADT. Especially if you have never used a security system before and are not sure it is right for you.

After a 2 year horrible experience with another company, i was so relieved to have ADT Security sytem with no complaints.I love the fact about the money-back guarantee though.
