I continue to be pleased with Alex Post's performance. She is great. When she is there I can count on prompt, honest updates and she is not too pushy trying to sell or reccommend a service that isn't neccesarily needed. I like her honesty and it doesn't make me feel like I am being hasselled which I have experienced in the past. She works hard to make sure service is performed quickly and gets you on your way.

Jeff Bradberry is the ultimate professional. He was super courteous, patient, kind and knowledgeable of all systems and kept me informed of all progress. I am interested in a future possible purchase of a CX-7 or CX-5 and Jeff led me through the intricacies of both types. Ken, the technician was all that I could ever hope for in repair of a serious clutch and oil leak problem. My B2300 runs beautifully, now. Jim Ellis Mazda, down the road, first worked on my clutch problem and couldn't get it right. Alexandra was a joy to work with and kept me informed of all progress when Jeff was busy. She quickly had me set up with a loaner and made sure that I had all the essentials out of my truck before jumping in the loaner. She is very sharp and dedicated. All the above professionals I worked with are the type of folks I enjoy doing business with. Thank you all! I'LL BE BACK!!!

Efficient, prompt and courteous is how I would describe the quality of service at Rick Case Mazda Service. I had set aside a 2 hour block to have my vehicle serviced that included a wash and wax and I was done sooner than I expected!

I just want to start off by saying that my service adviser Judy was phenomenal during my service visit. Of course my visit was UN-planned but she knew something was seriously wrong with my Mazda 6. Even though, they did not have any loaners for me during visit but she did make arrangements for a rental. During my rental visit, I had the worst experience with the transaction from giving me car that I could barely fit in due to my height. I tried to get the rental car place to help me with putting me in something different and it was unsuccessful due to there customer service. I was upset and I notified Judy about and she was not happy that her customer was happy with the service he received from the rental car place. She picked up the phone and found out what was going on with them and that they need to figure something out about a rental. 5 minutes later I was shocked that the rental car place showed up to the dealership with a bigger vehicle that I could fit in. All I could say to Judy was thank you, she handled the situation very well and I commend her to the Rick Case family for the time and patience that she had during my visit and the experience that I had with rental car place. And again, I Thank You Judy.
