More than a few hiccups..... I commend this company for being friendly, however, this past weekend my friends and I rented a party bus for one of our friends' birthdays. Everything was going fine until a couple of hours in when the music started going in and out. At first, we thought maybe our device was skipping so we tried putting in other people's Ipods/Ipads, etc. and after about the 4th device the music just stopped playing altogether at which point the driver told us the sound had gone out (with about 2hrs left on our rental). At this point we were pretty annoyed because we had people fly and drive to Atlanta just to share the experience and how can a party bus be a party bus without music?? Especially considering we paid a grand that none of us could afford to just throw away on defunct property being that we're all in grad school & law school. At that point we pulled the driver to the side and asked him to contact his manager because we expected a partial refund at least to compensate for the fact that we didn't get everything we paid for. We told him, it wasn't about the money as much as it was about the energy we put into preparing for the night and everyone's mood still died because the music was out--for hours. The driver, Devon, was cooperative and he called his supervisor--apparently the bus contracts its drivers--so we weren't able to get in touch with anyone in charge of the actually company & being that we paid cash, in full, the night of, our biggest concern is being ripped off. I believe any company running a service like this should have someone that people can speak with in case things go wrong during OPERATING HOURS (not normal 8-5 business hours if it isn't a normal 8-5 business). I will see how things turn out but if we don't get at least a $250 (we paid $1020) refund for our troubles they can rest assured that we won't use or recommend this company to anyone. Its not how you start after all, its how you finish that matters....

Party Bus. This service was great. The people are VERY polite and they are willing to work with you to make sure you have a great time. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who does not want to puy a lot of money for a great party bus! I will use them a lot more.

Great service!‎. I rented theirs limo bus for my birthday party. I wanted to surprise my friends and do something unusual. I contacted your office by phone where I spoke to a lovely lady. I was permanently satisfied with the service.

Very friendly and professional. Did you actually think the OTHER limo services would treat you better? Get real!!! This Limo Company is so much better in every way... the limo buses , the drivers, the whole service is awesome

great service. Hi, I just want to thank you guys. I contacted your customer service just a day before I needed a limo bus . Your operator was very polite, so there was no stress like with the other companies. Driver was also professional and my friends and me had a really good time.

Nice limo bus service. What can I say, they were simply the best. I rented limo bus for my sister's graduation. Limo was nice, clean and smelled good. Even though I had some complaint driver fixed it right away. Very happy with them
