Clear WiMAX. I tried the mobile version and it's plans start at $30/month, that is about 50%less than all the other air cards on the market.

They all start at $59.99 and then you are FORCED into a contract, have to do the stupid mail-in rebates that I HATE and require a deposit.

When I get paid next month i am going to sign up with Clear WiMAX

Slower than other providers. Took three tries just to get on the internet to write this review. Clear is unreliable and slower than other providers I have used.

unstoppable. When I had Clear internet service as my backup Internet connection, I have no issues regarding my service. The speed is always at 5 Mbps and unstoppable.

no outrages. I went to Clear internet service a week or so ago. Connections so far have been good, both speed, and up time. No outrages or severe slowdowns noted. Setting up the Clear modem for port forwarding to my in home router was a bit of an adventure but here here, and from Level 2 Clear tech support got all set the way I needed it.

I NEVER received and has since sent back the modem!!. They won't refund your money and I had to change my debit card so they couldn't charge me for service I NEVER received and has since sent back the modem!!

maximum download speeds. When it comes to maximum download speeds, Clear blows conventional 3G Internet service out of the water. The 3.0 Mbps benchmark speeds and 350 Kbps we managed to pull with torrent files in areas of excellent signal trump anything you can do with a piddly 3G card.

This is Crap. Clearwire is nothing but aggrivation and crap. We had it in Jacksonville and it was terrible. constantly lossing the signal. E-mail programs didn't work at all. Then when we tried to quit they attempted to charge us $200 even though they couldn't provide services. They had the nerve to charge me $200 to quit the service. They are sharks and snake oil. Clark you should be embarrassed to even mention them!!!!!!

Oh I love CLEAR!. I use CLEAR all over Atlanta - at the car wash, at the doctor’s office, when I am stuck in traffic and all night at home! Wasted time is a thing of the past. My old broadband provider was more expensive and couldn’t follow me wherever I go!
