Best Yoga studio I have EVER been to. My parents live in East Cobb, a suburb north of Atlanta. While visiting them I decided to check out Ember Hot Yoga to continue my practice. The studio is divine, clean, quiet, and calm. I recommend this place to ANY and EVERY person looking for a yoga studio in the North Atlanta metro area. Consider the Hot Sequence Class which is a simplified version of the Bikram sequence. There are more advanced flow classes offered as well set to music. The wonderful cool lavender towel at the end of class is the cherry on top.

I will go here every single time I come back to Atlanta.

first time,great atmos,will return. If you love hot yoga you should try this studio. It is an aesthetically pleasing, very clean atmosphere. I was impressed with the attention to details, right down to extra ponytail holders in the bathroom in case you forgot one. The cold towel infused with lavender that is placed on the forehead at the end of class was icing on the cake! I will return to this studio soon!

Rejuvenate your mind and body with this Eden like experience. What drew me to Ember Yoga was its variety of classes offered. I was practicing only Bikram Yoga, and wanted to learn the other types of yoga. There are different levels of classes available, for beginners to advanced, and your choice of “hot yoga” or traditional. The cool scented towel at the end of a hot yoga class is more reminiscent of a spa than a yoga studio. I was most impressed with how nice the studio was, both in style and cleanliness. It is by far one of the nicest studios in Atlanta. If you haven’t made it out to Ember Yoga, it will definitely be worth your time.

A fabulous experience in a Spa like studio!. Ember is an AWESOME! I love the atmosphere. It is extremely clean, the staff and teachers are very nice and helpful. You will be extremely spoiled after you have practiced Yoga here. Ember the nicest studio I have ever seen. After you finish your class the locker room is like visiting a spa! Make the trip to Downtown Woodstock and check it out!

Beautiful Boutique Yoga Studio. The Ember studio is beautiful, classy, and stylish. It is apparent to anyone that walks into Ember that a lot of thought and planning went into the design and construction of this studio. The look, feel, sounds, smells, even tastes (provided by the assortment of available teas) aim to enrich all of the senses.

Expect a well rounded schedule with a variety of different practices to choose from.

I've taken classes with both Jeff and Doug. Their style of teaching is very different from each other; however, their classes both provide challenging poses and postures that train the mind and body to work in unison.

After working extremely hard in a sweltering, heated room, I always look forward to the ice cold towel that they place over students' foreheads at the end of each practice. It's a refreshing balance between work and reward. This form of pampering definitely sets Ember apart from the many other studios I've visited and keeps me coming back for more.
