Love, love, love this whitening kit. I've tried so many, but none are as good as this. Not only that, but my Groupon expired and they still honored it! This is the first company that has honored my Groupon after it expired. Smile Bright...good customer service!

I would love to give a positive review, but I haven't been able to get anyone to return a phone call in regards to two kits that I ordered via SweetJack. I called every location and left a voice mail in most of the voice mail boxes that I spoke to... I've been treated to ONE return call that I was not able to pick up. I called back immediately, and immediately went through all of the phone numbers at all of the locations; and all of the voice mail boxes that I previously became acquainted with. Thus far, I'm going on three weeks and have not yet been able to retrieve the SweetJack offers that I paid for.

I'm glad to see that folks here have had a positive experience. I hope to be able to revise my comments and say the same thing; but I can't even get the common courtesy of a return phone call.

I just got one of the children's singing toothbrush and they are great! I cant get my 3 year old to shop brushing his teeth. lol. I now have to hide it from him because he gets too excited when he gets to brush. Much better than having him cry when its time.

Beautiful Office. I love the product, and have to admit their customer service took me back a bit. I got my kit on time in the mail, actually faster than they had stated, and they even emailed me making sure that I received my package and was satisfied. Companies these days are just computer driven, and automated so it was a great feeling that there were actual people speaking to me, and replying. They even have a great sense of humor. Thank you Smile Bright for a great experience and wonderful customer service!

i was shocked that i had no sensitivity. i have to admit i was scared at first but the tech assured me there would be no pain so i trusted her. glad that i did. my mouth feels great and looks great. so for anyone that is not taking advantage of this product because you are nervous about the pain, i will testify that it really works and no pain.

Double Plus!. great products. I bought the kit awhile ago and used it and it worked great just did a touchup treatment and it made me fall in love with my smile all over again. I am obsessed with the whitening pens!

very happy with the results. great customer service. I recently bought the kids singing toothbrush when I was in there for my last visit and my little girl loves it. I finally got her to brush her teeth, lol. Now she does it like 5 times a day whoo hoo! She will be a teeth fanatic just like her mommy. As always, my teeth look amazing.

I had to join just to leave a review... I purchased a groupon for my boyfriend for father's day and he was very pleased with the results so I called them to schedule an appointment for myself. They were so nice and only charged the Groupon price for my appointment as well event though I didn't have one because it wasn't running at the time.

Well, long story short... I went in, the staff was very very nice and accommodating since I brought my son with me. He was able to sit in a chair in the room with me. I had no pain at all, the place was clean and comfortable and my teeth looked great!

Overall, I'm very pleased with every aspect of Smile Bright: The staff, location, product, results....

No pain at all and instant results! I love it and will definitely go back
